I found this under my steering when my rewire guy was removing an old alarm system that came with my car but that's not functional. I noticed that the coolant reservoir of my car (honda accord 98) is at MIN level yet it's always full at the radiator. Now, iv checked for leaks the much I can but can't notice any.
My question is- should I just refill the reservoir with a new coolant, or o a total flush, or is there a reason(negative) for the low coolant in the reservoir?
