How many federal or state universities in Nigeria accept students on transfer in this country?

As much as I know, majority of federal and state universities especially in the southern part of Nigeria don't accept students on intra-university transfer. Even the process is not even easy, from the the two universities involved (the one who transfer and the one accepting the student) to JAMB not easy. A student can spend one academic year on this process without achievement.

I almost lost my life yesterday because of that game. While watching the game within second half into the game I noticed my heart was beating faster and I was so restless and find difficult to breathe properly, I quickly change my TV channel to more interesting movie channel to keep my mind away from the game.
