This thing isn't that hard.. You will find out that at the end of the day, the psychology and money management is probably more important than technicals. And that comes to you from experience and trading.


There were times I was right with technicals and still lost money. Because in the end, when the psychology is wrong.. Technicals won't even save you at all. The psychological training for trading comes from trading live. Because you learn from the experiences.

This sounds like a nice idea but in reality, it will only end up confusing the newbie.

Think about nomadic herdsmen, they have their own flock and designated places and times in which they are fed.

Now imagine a cow going from one herd to the other, joining them to graze on different grounds, probably not having time to regurgitate and chew its cud. Though it keeps eating and following different herdsmen, it is not benefiting in actuality.

My counsel: choose one person and follow through as a disciple until the end.

The demand level has been previously visited by price. During this visit, a good part of the buy orders resident there would have been filled.

Thus the next time price comes to the level, it will most likely fail because it is no longer a FRESH demand level.

Association of newbies, I think there is need for us to organise ourselves for a kind of seminar, we need to call all these big bosses to bestow us some of their knowledge. As little as I understand forex every knowledge worth learning and never a waste.

Giving alerts na hard work. I salute those doing it regularly. Not easy. It's why it's a bit sad that some people are too focused on discrepancies instead of appreciating the time that goes into it.. I understand the need to watch out for scam, but it's important to be sure it doesn't turn to witch-hunt.

I can suggest caution on buying GBP pairs though. Take a look at GJ weekly chart. See where the election spike ended and what is happening now. There is no obstacle keeping it from falling back to <135 technically and fundamentally, I don't see the good news that will push it back to 147 anytime soon.

As for Darwinex, I don marketing dem finish. The highest earner there this year made almost $200,000 from performance fees alone and he only needed to make 63% for investors in 2019! People are breaking heads about making 100% weekly.

Those wey hear am don hear. People are already moving on to trading for high networth individuals directly outside that environment.

Here is the truth: THERE IS NO SUCH THING AS ZERO SPREAD

You either pay SPREAD or COMMISSION.

After taking a trade, look at you P/L blotter (on PC) and check under the column for "commission".

Your charge or cost is right there.

I'm very much aware of this, I choose to have zero spread because of the headache of widespread, I'm much pleased with commission than that kind of widespread

Guys has anyone noticed hotforex spread how mad it is? Each time I set tp, it doesn't hit it, even if my trade reaches tp. It always bypass the tp for like 4pups before hitting it. This guys are secret manipulators. I called to inquire what was the problem, they told me they also have account plans with free 0 spread, which means they know what they are doing. That's the only problem I have with them. Have been using hotforex for like 4minths now. Because of I opened tickmill and I don't have such issues with them. Althiut am still using hotforex because I just want to use them as my 2nd account.

High spread I'll say yes, but I also opt for Zero Spread because of that, and it's very OK

This is the reason I aggressively took that gold sell, I don't use indicators per say to enter trades. I just use it to confirm my plans for a premeditated price level. So stochastics, RSI or volumes could just be enough, not packing your chats full with confusion. Look how the volume indicator showed that the quick up move was just a manipulation by a few, it wasn't the prevalent market sentiment.
Then it takes some very mighty cash to just break through those two trendlines like that especially on the daily. We will learn to see these things together. They wont work every single time but I assure you you'd make money in the end.

Now I'd like to let you know that I took this bold step tonight because of you. I wanted you to see if I had lost these opening trades, I would try again and again till I'm in cumulative profit. Forex is about calculated probability, if you are a coward you can't trade, that's what a lot of people do, they post wonderful setups but don't trade and look only for when the big money bait comes in for them to gamble their funds.
However, in this case I made profit, I would consolidate and look for the next profitable setup and close some trades in loss and have negated my initial assessment to enter the trade in the first place.
Forex is not a gamble like many here see it. It's a well thought out plan that is carried out with almost succinct accuracy. That's why many do not realize how following set of rules day in day out would give you the potential to grow your account exponentially. But don't worry the way I just traded in real time and real account in front of all of us, I would still be here to prove a few more things insha Allah. Just spread the love to others in need no matter how little and also your prayers.
So Mr young man, I was in this stage of your life about 18years ago and if I had 100usd and knew about trading then. I'd have bought over @seun with a few Forex billion naira and have him be my COO in the next best startup after Facebook, lol. I honestly can't understand how Forex can be placed in the same category as HYIP, MLM,Binary and even grambling, do you know Donald Trump is highly invested in the forex markets and Warren Buffet the one time richest man has the biggest mutual fund that also trades forex? This is insulting

Keep at it and you'd get a promising job. But in the meanwhile please put that 100usd in a good broker like hotforex and start making it for yourself. If you're Christian, remember the one who was given talents and buried it? May you never be that man, you've discovered a skill that is still very unexplored especially in these parts of the world, utilize it!

Finally I plead that you do not get the misconception that I'm bragging or trying to intimidate some others. Far from it! I hate the horrible experiences I had to go through to get to this point and more so the lies and deception that I constantly met on the quest to get a market edge.

Just keep your head down and make sure you know your basics is the best advice I can give you. Other than that it’s all psychology

The account that I started with in negative has gone to some decent profits in just over an hour of trading. It has even made about 10% of profits in the same period. I still won't say what I started the account with, before the demo traders jump on the attack, but at least I can show what it will be as the week proceeds, that way its clear for all to judge. Forex profits are real and they are not controlled by anyone's rules, your mind is the ultimate determinant of your outcome, I repeat it's all about your MIND. I'm grateful to @Dominique and the other mods that after all these posts, not a single ban!!! Kai, my heart was beating everytime I thought my entire plan would be interrupted by the usual ban I get.

Making money in forex is never based on how much you ve got.
Although, flipping 50 to 100 might be more difficult than 500 to 2000 like you rightly said.

Good morning Ma'am, as non of the bosses done answer at least make I give you this kiddos opinion. The more appropriate question you should ask yourself is how much are you willing to lose first of all. Forget all this sweet results being posted, the default mentality is that the money you put in FX is going to be lost because even if you get all the technicalities and fundamentals right, your psychological limitations always come into play.

I won't say it takes years, because not everyone's mental capacity is the same, but it takes experience looking over the charts and understanding market behaviour before you can truly be profitable in forex, that's why less than 3% of forex traders are truly profitable. So you can imagine, out of about $400bn invested by retail trades, only a handful benefit from that amount.

From my experience of blowing accounts on a steady, year after year for almost 6 years until I started to get some clarity in the past 3years, I'd tell you with all confidence that it's much much harder to flip 50usd to 100usd, but easier to trade 500usd to 2000usd within the same period.

So if you just want to learn how the market behaves from trading a live account, as I honestly have never believed in demo trading, because even down to the servers they use are atimes different from live servers, then I'd advice you throw in 100usd and see how to avoid loosing 1000pips. But if you're looking at making a living off forex, then 1000usd is an adequate start. These are purely my personal experiences, no hard and fast rule.
