You dont need that appointment to submit your application. Just include your admission letter and the letter sent to Egypt embassy by your school in your application thats all.

I booked an appointment at the Estonian embassy in Cairo and I was given June 22 but I know I won't be ready by that date so I wrote another letter to apply for reschedule for August 9 but till now no response. please, can I submit my documents at the Egyptian embassy without the appointment letter from the Estonian embassy.
please folks, I need your quick response(s) urgently particularly from those that have pass through Egypt route.

Mr know all you should get your facts right before arguing.
You can enter Estonia with any schengen visa and apply for resident permit in Estonia (Valid for masters and PhD studies). If you must know I am currently in Estonia and I travelled with a Schengen visa issued from Finland.

no interview involved. I Was told to submit my documents and come back in 2 weeks infact they dont require me to pay yet its after the 2 weeks they will now decides if they are given.

Congratulations to those who have been giving admission and to those who have been conditionally accepted... To those who are wait listed and still waiting (good news on the way).

to those who have been giving the admission I think its the right time to start your visa ish.. Especially if you want to use India route.. Just to keep you guy informed India online visa application page will automatically give you 2 months from the day you fill the form.. If you don't want to go through the rescheduling shit I recommend to fill it today and get 2nd of July, by then everyone would have gotten their admission letter and gather all the neccessary docs together wish you all best of luck and see you guys in Estonia

You can't get visa from Nigeria, try India or Egypt. Did they ask you to pay any money to accept your offer?
