Foreign Affairs › Re: Iran Rejects U.S 48hrs Ceasefire Deal (Photos) by umulobi: 11:33am On Apr 06 |
Obaofaba: Ain't you ashamed that one country sanctioned for 47 years is going toe to toe with the so called world powers and still puffing them hard? What do you mean by toe to toe? I presume you aren't aware the extent of damage Iran has suffered. No single govt infrastructure is standing tall in Tehran yet you are saying toe toe. Iranian Intelligence officer kpaied this morning plus other top military echelon kpaied within this war. Aren't you aware Iran has been without internet for more than 30 days counting? Streets of Tehran are looking similar to Gaza yet you are still saying toe to toe. I am aware in war that both sides must sustain loses but that doesn't mean toe to toe. Ukraine is pulling a strong defense against Russia but Russians are mercilessly dealing with them,do you call it toe to toe? Biafra made Nigerian soldiers sustain casualties, do you call it toe to toe? More Biafran soldiers and civilians kpaied, and more destruction in Biafra so it isn't toe to toe. For your info, Iran has suffered great losses that would take them decade to rebuild and that's why they are including "restitution" in any deal with US. Any one winning in a war does not request for a restitution. Biafra lost in the civil war and requested for restitution. Restitution means payment or compasation for losses. Iran is requesting for that. I guess you know who is winning. Wars aren't won on internet or social media. That Iran shot down an F15 jet after more than 31 days in a war doesn't signify "victory ". Many of those jets and other jets have been flying and dropping bombs in the Iranian airpace before now. Do you know that Biafran soldiers shot down Nigerian jets during the Civil War? Does that make them victorious? Such things are expected in a war. Iranian strength is their missiles and they are using it effectively despite DT and Isreal destroying much of it and their launchers, but that doesn't make it seem like toe to toe. Iran is bleeding including their economy. |

gigabyte13: Finally USA admitted that their so called powerful invisible plane was shot down... Point noted ✍️✍️✍️✍️✍️✍️✍️ F-15 jets are not invincible. They have also been shot down in Ukraine. F-15 is not F-35. Do you reason @ all? Iran can't shoot down F-35. |

This analysisis spot on. I love it. BlackViper: This is what happens when you prioritise someone else's problems over your own.
Over the past 3 years, Iran has basically turned its arms and weaponry industry into Russia's main supply for drones and rockets in the Ukraine War. These are resources which they would have needed for their own self defence.
Also, instead of concentrating on American and Israeli military targets, they have been firing indiscriminately at civilian populations mainly in Israel, but also across several other Middle East countries.
By comparison, the Americans and Israelis have quietly concentrated on destroying Iran’s rocket launching facilities and capabilities. The sad and unfortunate incident of the girls school that was struck which led to the deaths of 148 school girls, happened because the school was located near an Iranian Revolutionary Guard Corps (IIRGC) rocket launching facility.
It is possible that in less than two week's time, we may be entering into the next phase of the war which will be that of boots on the ground which will be led by the IDF, although Trump has said he will not rule out the possibility of American troops getting involved. |
Foreign Affairs › Re: Several US Bases In Kuwait, UAE, Qatar And Bahrain Under Attack By Iran by umulobi: 2:55pm On Feb 28 |
Iran is a paper tiger. Most of their missiles were intercepted in those countries. The debris is what you see fall off from the skies. How many bombs have Iran intercepted? I watched Aljazeera and saw a very low flying Isreali aircraft inside Tehran with much freedom!
How can Iran defend it's infrastructure against Isreal and the US? Iran will soon cut of internet so that News media will not show the extent of damage in Iran.
For your Info, several cities in Iran are under heavy bombardment by US and Isreali.
So much destruction in Iran and Trump said it will continue.
Please, where is the Supreme Leader? |
