Thank you for the detailed analysis. The land is triangular and not square-shaped, hence the reason for the design. The architect proposed one three-bedroom and one self-contained flat, but I requested two units of two-bedroom. I'll ask him to create the third door to the lobby for easy access. The recesses are plenty, what type of roof are you using? If it's hip roof, expect something high, ensure you engage a good carpenter as well to form the roof carcass accordingly. |
