* it is a Three bedroom bungalow
* It is on a dry and firm Land
* It's going to Carry parapet

In case you have wider openings that will have beam, use columns on the ends.
Concrete fascia (parapet) is quite heavy, try to introduce columns at strategic places like the corners of the building and ensure the columns carry the fascia directly.
