We do not fret.
It's our job.

We are up and doing.

Hi, good day.

Hello, it's all well and good.

diordaves:
The updated approach now is to adopt the German design concept by introducing a TECHNICAL ROOM that accommodates the electrical distribution board, solar panels systems and batteries, washing machine, dryers etc.

Sir, the idea of the technical room is excellent, it's even being incorporated into our designs these days, but I will suggest it's limited to electrical components.
Washing Machine, Dryer and all sorts should be in the laundry. (Note: access to a technical room supposed to be limited to only adults or technical personnel, whereas a child of 12 or a house maid may want to use the washing machine and dryer).

Please, any critic on this floor plan

The designer did a cool job, it's kinda fantastic.

My little observation.
As a luxurious apartment, it shouldn't be lacking a laundry, the kitchen too needs a store, the master bedroom's windows should be cross ventilated.

I registered on the platform, I couldn't post a job nor apply for gigs because you refused to verify my email.
I keep clicking the tab and it keeps failing to send.
Fix up.

What do you mean by errands?

I help people do stuffs like purchasing of items and delivering either to themselves or third parties.
I deliver items too for people.
Whatever activity one wants to do but do not have time or availability for and can be done by another person. I get it done for people.
