Role Summary:
We are seeking a Remote Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will handle customer inquiries and assist with patient-related concerns over the phone. As the first point of contact, you will play a critical role in ensuring seamless communication between patients and healthcare providers.

Key Responsibilities:

Answer inbound calls promptly and professionally during your shift.

Provide accurate information about our telehealth services and guide patients as needed.

USAGE AREA

The surface to be applied on should be certainly clean and moist, If the surface is dry, it should be moistened providing no accumulation. The oil, dust, rust or the factors reducing the adherence should be eliminated.

-Application Method
Preparation Of The Mixture
Component B (10kg) in liquid for is put into a clean and appropriate container.
Component A (20 kg) in powder constantly by means of a mixer and it is mixed slowly to prevent any agglomeration.
The mixing process takes 5 minutes for homogeneous structure. The mortar that is available to apply with a brush in homogeneous form is obtained as the result of mixing process.

For “Damp Walls”
The wall should be scarified to remove any loose sand from the wall, then the mix should be prepared as follows
*The (A) Cementitious is mixed with sand and Portland cement to get a smooth powder mix.
*The (B) Polymer Solvent should be mixed in water for slurry preparation.
The mixture achieved should be used to plaster the face of scarified wall, this allows for formation of a waterproof film within the wall structure, thus preventing rejection of paint or flaking of the screed on the wall.
