Sometimes we should be charitable and considerate to our women. It's not so easy being a woman in a patriarchal society like ours. There are few opportunities for able bodied men, talkless for females. Society made them what they are today...

I disagree with this your submission..we are far more considerate to women these days than even children. On the contrary men are the ones been marginalised in today's society.i will prove it.

- In churches there widowers and there are widows, but most times after service what you hear is all widows should wait after service cos they want to give them goodies in the same church were you have widowers with children but they are never considered.

- In Universities, when I was in school you will be beaten by man 'o' war or security or get embarrassed as a man if you enter female hostel before the required visiting time ...same rule was given to the ladies too visiting time 4pm but we have countless of cases of ladies flaunting these rules spending almost the full day in boys hostel and nobody is making big a deal out of it.

I can go on and on....is it in the area of employment, check most job vacancy .,you see sales girls only, Vacancy...female only, more females in banks, hotels, name but a few the only area you see more male is in area were hard or manual labour is required ..hard work Job...soldiers, bricklayer, go to mtn, glo major offices women dominate, customer care women.

Fashion: A woman can comfortably put on a man's complete attire and nobody will raise an eyebrow, but go put on a woman's blouse and complete attire and walk pass the street of Agege and you will see things for your self.

A woman can even cut are hair to Bald head and go to church with it uncovered, go to interview with it e.t,c and nobody will say a word, but let a guy plaits weaving and goes to church, some churches that will allow you in, will never put you at the front row and even fathers, mothers name it will start gossiping you seeing u as irresponsible.

Can you plait your hair and go for a corporate job interview like bank or even spray your hairs a bit ...but women can decide to dread, abolo, sprayed hair, use head tie, face cap name it and go to church or that interview.

You will see the man driving keke from 5am till 11pm daily looking worn out, stressed,haggard but thier wives will be shining changing attire daily, like they just came to life to live it for thier wives. ...what a culture is annoying .

Most of these so called wives are not even faithful they go around fvcccking for money from one odogwu to another esp the xmas season ....using thier deadbeat husband's money to clean up for bigger clients.

I know them very well.

My money will reflect on me first ...I must look good than my wife cos it's my money so I will use it to put myself in that pedestal called beautiful.

I dont subscribe to that ibo culture were the man will dress shabbily and the wife looking like a queen..it takes value away from the man...and women like beautiful things or pleasant things they date upward ..soon the man will look boring to her and not attractive cos he is using his money to give the wife the shine putting her in the limelight instead of him.

When one is not proud it is not a yastic that he is timid ...the opposite of proudness is not timidity but humility and humility is not timidity just as boldness is not proudness or arrogancy.. boldness is assurance of a thing it is the opposite of timidity.

Humility on the other hand is a virtue were one is teachable, correctable...it is a realm were you learn, unlearn, relearn and it's a ladder that lifts one above its equal and keep you up there on that pedestal...that is why is termed character and character is not a gift, we cant receive in it prayer but what we cultivate, nurse and what we choose to learn ...so is a choice .

I am of the school of thought that God is the owner of life and we cannot totally control everything that happens... Nonetheless when one desire or aim to live long then you need to take several precautions on what you do and what to do...that is you must be intentional and deliberate with respect to taking care of yourself given the available scare resources.

Taking care of yourself mentally, psychologically, physically, spiritually and otherwise ...for example a dude who refuse to take care of his physical health, drinks ogogoro incombination with smoking kolos without eating every morning on an empty stomach is risking his life...

Food is a foundation you need before any other thing goes in except water otherwise you are playing with your life.


I have witnessed individuals saying eating in the morning....i mean breakfast are for kids, can u I imagine, as how now, there is a reason is called breakfast ...infact dont miss breakfast, lunch and Dinner and if you feel like eating inbetween eat, especially breakfast and Dinner..you expend strength/energy even when you sleep that's why you can just wake up and feel hungry, you hardly fall sick easily when you eat healthy and satisfactorily.

As for me I hate hard high volume of alcoholic drink, Cool Red wine and Fresh Palm wine is okay for me.
