The issue here is she doesn't want to come down based on some pressing issue at the moment and has asked the guy to get information with respect to how the said marriage can be done without her physical presence and the necessary requirements to be met.

Is it possible for a successful union to be carried out without one of the parties present, the guy resides in lagos and he is looking out ikoyi registry to carry out the necessary.

What and what are the requirements that must be met cos she wants everything wrap up before year ending infact as soon as possible.
