Your medical report is the paper you show them at the clinic to obtain a clearance paper from the camp clinic.

Do wish to redeploy? If yes,show the camp director your medical report. You will fill a form and be granted leave to do that immediately but if you want to stay in that state,just present the paper and be exempted from all camp activities.

its not obvious as crutches or wheelchair,am a sickle cell patient and please what is this paper you are talking about pls explain to me thank you very much.
