Christianity EtcRe: Did God Create Evil - Does The Bible Say So? by Unluvable(f): 10:55am On Dec 12, 2014
Is it in any dimension possible that as humans we can stop the whole bickering on our belief and just view the universe.
Using this very consciousness that is bestowed on us.

in my years of being human all I've seen is that whoever or whatever was responsible for this observable universe destroys all that's created. destruction is an important part of creation and critical in recycling.

it goes on and on with no interference. this is what life is all about. you and I find ourselves in the middle of it all, somewhere in history. your questions, your convictions is not going to change anything! it doesn't change that a baby somewhere is born with a defeat or that beautiful mountain is boiling up magma that will erupt leaving a comatose trail or that breathtaking ocean you are in awe of is making up a cyclone.

and this will go on and on till we complete our degenerative cycle putting an end to our consciousness. we'll all go back to how we were before we became aware.

and finally one day, when the earth finally decide to end the cycle. no one will be left to debate on how we got here and why we are here

Just finished reading the piece, it's nice. Too bad I'm not a fan of all rosy-good-ending.

I am a firm believer of Einstein law of motion stating that "When one body exerts a force on a second body, the second body simultaneously exerts a force equal in magnitude....."meaning there's always consequences either good or bad for all our actions.
I apply this to myself, does it mean I don't go astray? no! but I also brace myself up to face the results that will come.
Life is garbage in, garbage out!
So if you've really messed up, it's gonna hunt you....that's just the way it is

The smart boyfriend - you can solve brain teasers, play board games and still have fun. When there's a problem and you ain't in your element, you can both brainstorm a solution. He's can appear boring to outsiders but you blend perfectly because you are of the same 'specie' wink

I certainly think that Naijaboiy, Tosyne2much, and chibikwe are very good looking.
Of course they are, I voted for them at some point. I made that comment as a neutral observer.

RomanceRe: Reasons Why You Should Date A Shy And Introvert Guy. by Unluvable(f): 9:51pm On Oct 12, 2014
smiley I am naturally drawn to introverts, might not be shy. I can't keep up with an extrovert, it's exhausting!
I also noticed that most introvert I have met have depth, we easily click....a perfect day will be chilling together indoors playing scrabble, and talking about all sorts; science, art, politics, nature....
I'll definitely end up with an one....it's only such ones that can flow with me smiley

Joavid: You picked it up from your parents? Howhuh
Where you there when they were growing up? Or perhaps you meant to say, your folks thought you?

And I hope you tell them the thank you upon their arrival from work for every food and water you drank when they were at work??

You know, "whatever worth doing at all is worth doing well"
lol...there's no point being sarcastic smiley

picked from them....learnt from their actions.

I'm independent now and working in a different city, but it doesn't change the habit when I go visiting them or any other person, it's just showing appreciation and courtesy.
FamilyRe: Teaching Our Children The Sense Of Gratitude. by Unluvable(f): 12:22pm On Sep 25, 2014
Joavid: I must say, I do not understand this topic fully.
So, when I finish eating at home, I should go and meet my mum and dad and say thank youhuh
Is that not uncalled for and unnecessary. Same as saying when I drink water I should also say thank you to my parentshuh

I do agree on the issue of showing gratitude and saying thank you; when necessary, especially when it is money, help, and material things.
I thank my parents after my meals except they are not around, that's how I've known it to be all my life. I picked it up from my parents, so it just comes naturally.

#sigh of relief#....this thread shows there's still hope!
it's just too bad that you cannot auto reset someone's brain sad ..I would have gone on a personal mission of doing just so!
I can't stand it when a girl has no iota of ambition apart from securing a 'money bag'.
the foolishness of such mindset is a logical absurdity...it should not be possible but it's almost as common as air!
