Day 25


Yesterday was the first day of the Islamic new year and I totally forgot that the state government declared a public holiday. So I still went out to work. It was when I arrive at the private school where I teach and found the place locked that I remembered. But I was already tired to trek back home again since I had no money. so I decided to collect the keys from the nanny whose house was just opposite the school.
The plan was to spend an hour or two at the staff room marking my students exams before going back home.
Not up to 30 mins after I had started marking that an intense urge to PMO gripped me. I quickly rushed to the laboratory in search of a cellotape to bind my fingers but I couldn't see any. I started sweating and my heart began to beat faster.
The school was so quiet as I was the only one around. For a moment, I thought that the demons were also in the office with me, watching me and I told myself that I would only briefly look at few pictures before continuing my marking ( my most recent victory fooled me into believing that I had it under control) ....

And that was how I spent the next 30mins surfing indecent site while touching myself. Then suddenly, the chair I was sitting down broke and I fell on my hips to the floor.

And that was what jolted me back to reality. I quickly put on my trousers and ran out of the school as if I just saw a snake.

.... Just maybe if I hadn't had a phone with me I might have still been able to put it under control as I don't ever see myself fapping just like that without looking at porn, no matter how strong the urge.

Seriously thinking of staying away from my phone throughout this new month. I believe if I could achieve two months clean, then I would be able to stay clean through out the remainder of the year.

Schools would be on break for a month and five days and I'm seriously scared since I would mostly remain idle at home. What's more painful is that my proprieteress don't pay salaries during break unlike other school owners. Even if I know of some online legit sites where one can earn few dollars daily, I don't know if I can always stop myself from stumbling on porn.
Losing opportunities and remaining broke for a whole month might not be so big a sacrifice to make in the quest for freedom from PMO that had messed up my life for over 10 years, would it? cry

If you are referring to payment for medicals, you would usually be advised the costs and the bank account to transfer into, after you do that, you are to print the successful transfer receipt and take it along with other documents to the venue.

Yes I have the account number and bank name..
Was wondering because I saw a sort code there and my bank app doesn't have provision to input a sort code but only the account number.
