Take this your lecture to Nigerian Police first.
If you're performing CPR and the person eventually dies or is even dead before you start.
The police will arrest you that you killed the person. In fact the some people there will first hold you. They will even accuse you of being a ritualist.
That's why people don't help accident victims. |

Even if you use blood of a HIV patient as water while cooking, the virus will be dead.

In terms of using Nigerian details, Paga PayPal is safer. Because you can comfortablely access the accounts with your Nigerian IP. I have used my Nigerian details on Lesotho PayPal, however, I bought a Lesotho phone number for the verification. However, you need to be cautious of the amount you send to a new PayPal account to avoid ban. Also, there are feature limitations on different countries PayPal. Nigeria is one of the most limited. bennyflipy: Please between the Lesotho PayPal account and paga PayPal which is more safe please.
I want to open a PayPal account but don't know which one to use, I even bought a UK number for this.
Biko which one is better
Opening the Lesotho or UAE PayPal using my Nigerian details Or
Using my UK number to open the PayPal and then link it to grey. |
Business › Re: My Experience With Paypal And Paga Partnership by Unseen(m): 12:33pm On Mar 07 |
You obviously sent a huge amount to a PayPal account that is receiving money for the first time. I have a Nigerian PayPal account since 2018. I have used it to send money once about $10. Now that Paga partnered with PayPal, I opened a paga account and linked my existing Nigerian PayPal to it. I sent $22 from my Lesotho PayPal to the Nigerian PayPal. It was successful and I cashed it out in Naira through Paga (about 30k +). Receiving money through PayPal+Paga is much instant than going through Geegpay Dollar account. nwachukwu9: My experience with PayPal was honestly one of the most frustrating things I’ve ever dealt with online. I opened a personal PayPal account to receive payments for freelance digital services—nothing illegal, nothing shady, just honest online work. Like many people, I trusted PayPal because it’s global, popular, and widely accepted by international clients. Unfortunately, that trust didn’t last long. The problem started when someone tried to send me money using Family and Friends. I didn’t even get the chance to accept or reject the payment before my account was immediately limited. There was no warning and no clear explanation, just a sudden restriction. PayPal asked me to submit my ID and explain what I do, and I complied fully. I was honest and clear, explaining that I’m an independent freelancer providing digital services online, with no physical products and no restricted activities. I truly believed that once I submitted everything, the issue would be resolved. Instead, after waiting, I received an email telling me that my account had been permanently limited. That was it. No detailed reason, no specific policy violation explained, and no real opportunity to fix anything. What made the situation even more painful was the fact that I had previously used PayPal accounts from other countries, including South Africa and Mozambique, and receiving Family and Friends payments had never been a problem. Same platform, same type of transaction, different country. That’s when it became clear to me that this wasn’t really about what I did, but where I’m from. From my experience—and from reading countless similar stories online—it’s obvious that Nigerian PayPal users are treated much more harshly. New accounts are heavily scrutinized, one small action can trigger a permanent ban, and once PayPal makes a decision, it’s almost impossible to reverse it, even when you comply and act in good faith. After a permanent limitation, you’re told not to open another PayPal account, appeals rarely work, and you’re forced to look for alternatives. For freelancers and online workers, this is especially painful because PayPal is still seen by many international clients as the default payment option. Losing access feels like being locked out of opportunities you worked hard for. What I learned from this experience is simple but important: Nigerian freelancers should never rely on PayPal as their only payment method, Family and Friends payments should be avoided completely, and you should always assume that PayPal can shut your account down without warning. Alternatives should be in place before you need them. I’m not writing this out of anger alone, but out of disappointment. A platform that presents itself as global should not quietly treat users differently based on location without transparency or meaningful support. If you’ve experienced something similar, you’re not alone, and if you haven’t yet, I hope this helps you be more prepared than I was. |

All these grammar because of cloudflare outage that's not new.
Oga. If cloudflare services gets disrupted for long, you can quietly remove it by repointing your nameservers to your actual hosting.
So don't think the end of cloudflare means the end of websites worldwide.
Also, cloudflare is not the only company that offers CDN services. They are just the most popular and probably the best |

Where's the source to this your claim?
Because before a Domain expires, the registrar will start sending mails intervally to remind you of the expiration date.
Even when you still did not renew, you will be offered Grace period of about 7 days.
After the expiration of the Grace period, the domain will NOT be automatically available for repurchase by another person.
Do you know how many times 9jarocks have changed domain extension? These are DMCA targeted website so domain cessation is bound to happen |

TheSourcerer: The Asaba Massacre: (Death Toll: Over 700 men and boys)
As Fu’ad Lawal writes, Asaba will never forget the events of one of the deadliest days of the Nigerian Civil War.
Three months after the first gunshot had signified the start of the Nigerian civil war, Biafran troops marched into Nigeria’s midwest region as they advanced towards Lagos.
After reaching as far as Ore, they were repelled by forces under the command of Col. Murtala Mohammed.
The Biafran troops marched back to Onitsha in the Eastern heartland, after which they demolished the Niger Bridge, leaving the Nigerian Army stranded on the other side in Asaba. Aggrieved by this abrupt end to their march, the Nigerian soldiers went into Asaba and began checking through homes, accusing the people of sympathising with Biafra
In a bid to quell the tensions, the leaders of the town asked the people to come out in a show of support for One Nigeria.
Hundreds of men, women, and children, many wearing the ceremonial akwa ocha (white) attire paraded along the main street, singing, dancing, and chanting “One Nigeria.”
It did nothing to placate the Nigerian Army. The people were gathered in an open square, men were separated from the women and over 700 boys and men were shot dead.

Please explain something to me
If the guy did not agree to your Out of court settlement and did not file any case,
Can you stop the child from looking for his/her father later in life?
Have you considered the effects of lack of father figure in the life of children?
Do you realize that training your own child is not a personal financial investment but for the future benefits to the child?
Any decision taken at such a situation should be at the very best interest of the child not you. If allowing the child access to the father is the best decision for the child... Allow it regardless of the millions you have spent |

Phones › Re: Android Users, How Do You Do Call Recording? by Unseen(m): 7:44am On Aug 24, 2025 |
bobbiiee: Several years ago, some devices, like Tecno, included an in-built call recorder that did not notify the other party that their call was being recorded. At that time, there were also third-party apps available on the Google Play Store that could be downloaded for this purpose. However, I believe that starting from Android 12, most Android phones with a call recorder now announce to the other party that the call is being recorded. This feature can undermine the reason for recording calls.
I found that having a call recorder made it much easier for me to give instructions to my staff. I could easily refer back to the recording if they did not follow my directions. For purchases or agreements, I could quickly revisit the call to confirm details. Now, I rely on WhatsApp Messenger to record conversations, but this method has its limitations.
How do you handle call recording? Do you put your phone on speaker as some suggest and use another phone to record? Do you have an in-built call recorder that works well? Did you download a third-party app for recording? Or do you deal with the inconvenience of a call announcer? Itel default Phone Dialer App comes with inbuilt call recorder that doesn't notify the other party. You can even set it to auto record all calls |
