Akinsegun06: mine was sealed and stamped including signature. but the two of us who submitted were just told to remember the date we submitted. although have opened mine to see if am submitting the right thing, which i confirmed dat evrytin is O.K. maybe they just started opening now, all d same we dont care how they do it. all we need is to be a Great Ife!Thats the spirit man.... Akinsegun06: @ursas, did they open your transcript in your presence. coz they didn't open mine @ the registrars office before i left.Yeah man... They did open it. and the guyz I met there talked like they open everyones transcript to verify what is inside for acceptance/rejection... Maybe they trusted urs, maybe it looks quite authentic, maybe they way it was sealed makes it authentic, maybe u face is innocent.... maybe... maybe... the list goes on... The question is do you trust whats inside? |

Olami90: i av jst submitted my green form today nd my transcript to d registrar office(directd frm admissn office to registrar office).it was received nd registerd togeda wit som pple dt submittd as well...i av no issue bt my 2nd semester Nd1 was doubled 4 1st nd 2nd ND1....i was tld no issue..It was addressed to another school where I applied for PGD who requested it in their own specific format, and then my HND transcript had some CGPA repitition... habayommy: Though is called green form but its a white form. ℓ̊ just filled mine. Go τ̅☺ admission office at senate building i̶̲̥̅̊n̶̲̥̅̊ oau. Go along with a passport photograph,ur credentials, ur reg slip and probably ur transcript.I have my transcripts at hand now, but I just noticed some big mistakes (confused o).... My relevant courses of physics and mathematics are abbreviated (Bleep)... I fear they'd discard this thing o. and my school if in far away Jos City. Please is the PHOTOCOPY of transcripts accepted? cos I have copies of better ones.... Second, the applied geophysics department of OAU only accepts HND candidates, does this mean I gotta submit both of my HND and ND transcripts? |

You will also submit you original transcripts at the point of filling it (if you have it at hand)..... or you request your school to send it to them (of your school dont give students transcropts at hand).... |
