Hello Dear VO,
My brother file F4 visa,i use to live in USA,i left USA May 2008,which is now 6 years.i have 13 year tax return,no criminal record.I had 10y unlawful bar.My parents immigrant to USA as well.My PD July 2002.But my parents got two year permission and they living in overseas for medical purpose, because they can't afford medical insurance.Can they apply waiver for extreme hardship from overseas.what is your opinion,how many % chances to approved?
