My dear on the contrary I will advice you to either stick to one of the drug, either you use silybon or livolin i don't advice you to be using both drugs and most importantly see a hepatologists or a Gastroenterologist both are specialist in handling hepatitis, liver disease. please stop abusing drugs which can lead to more damage in your liver. Your doc should be in the right position to decide which of the drug to use but definitely not the use of both drugs for same purpose please discontinue the use of both and stick to just one either the silybon or livolin. A word is enough for the wise.

haven't you seen people using more than 3 combinations? .go online and do your research. Some of these doctors know nothing.they always want you to visit the hospital.my doctor at lasuth told me to eat anything including oil!!! .ain't that ignorance on his part.ever since I started this combination, I have never felt tired or weak.just go online and see what people take in a bid to get rid of this monster. silybon and livolin is a perfect combo. I bought silybon 140mg at #1300,contains 30 tabs .I take one in the morning and the livolin at night.I also take like 2 table spoons of glucose mixed with one sachet water when ever i wake up.So far so good I have stopped feeling sick,tired or weak.above All,I'm much more better than I used to be,thanks to a guy on here who recommended the combo. I take sabosan(sumposal)too once in a while.

coconut is a fruit, nothing wrong in taking it. but groundnut is almost the same as vegetables, but the problem with groundnut are the properties, one of the properties use in producing dynamite is in groundnut, so u need to also reduce the intake. as u need things will digest easily, u dont wanna stress the liver..

u can fry egg with the virgin oil, but remember egg is protein, u need to reduce the intake of anything with high content of protein(meat,beans,egg etc)... as it stress the liver to digest protein..

u knw the red oil becomes thick when left for sometime, and thats makes it hard to be processed by the liver, but with virgin oil, its liquid all through.. it can never become thick.

always try to take fruits and plenty water, any type ofruit at all... it helps alot

livolin is a good drug for it...
the test is expensive, it was around 45k in a private hospital in benin...

as regards oil, u can still cook with oil, but virgin oil, i.e those ones they normally call anoiting oil, because is pure, it has no side effect... but if it is red oil, use little quantity...

but what did they say about the ALT which is 65

he told me to eat oil too and meat.he said anything except alcohol,cigarette and self medication. I've stopped taking oil and i feel better now.I'll be going to see him with my results tomorrow(Thursday )

Think of the lover as the main border control/customs check point of the body. Everything you consume via your mouth, which gets absorbed in your stomach/intestines has to pass through your liver before it enters the rest of your system (heart, lungs, kidney, brain etc). The liver serves like immigration. Alcohol is a poison to the body. This does not mean it kills; it just means it has the potential to kill in very large amounts (when the liver is overwhelmed by excess alcohol in the body). Most medicines we take by mouth also pass through the liver. Fat in the blood passes through the liver and can 'clog' it. So when you take agbo (medicine), alcohol and excess fat constantly, the liver will be overwhelmed int he long run. If you have hepatitis (a serious disease of the liver), that means that your ability to screen what goes to your heart/brain/kidneys is compromised.

The food you eat are okay. You just have to eat them in moderation so that your system is not overwhelmed. I forsee an upsurge in liver disease in Nigeria because of the unregulated use of medications coupled with excessive alcohol consumption and lack of awareness of hepatitis and how it is spread.
