If those chargers are the original ones that came with your phone brand new, they should work perfectly given that the circuits have not been partially fried with surges from generators or mains supply. Else, it'll send static thru your phone and other devices, you may notice a jumpy touch-screen on your phone.

If you're gonna get a charger, it better be a smart charger. They come with a chip inside which intelligently detects the input current of the connected devices to maximize both compatibility and charging speed.
