A CAPITAL YES. That's why it is called an e-passport. As in every single information about you is on their database through on thing, your FINGER PRINTS. If you like, try and obtain 100 passports with different names, your previous data will continue to pop up and you will continue to be banned!. It is called technology. But seriously I will honestly advice you to change this short cut attitude and be honest in your dealings, the same you did with your permit that got you banned is the same you are still trying to do now. They are not fools. Please let us Redeem our image and stop giving us bad names abroad.

Okay, lets wait and see i but have more than 5 people that have done this and it works, am just here to confirm... Am submitting next Thursday, when dey approve my application I will let you know

Note: About my permit i was mislead cuz it was like 5 years back and I was young and I did not know it was fake... I paid over 1 Million 5 years back for that s**t ..

The answer to that question is YES, denied/refused is the same thing, if you ticked NO then get ready for another refusal and possibly a ban because that is misrepresentation.

Am having a problem and I need advice from you guys that live or know about V-list (ban) in south africa, My name was V-LIST because a agent put fake permit on my passport so i can be able to apply for permit. Now am i Nigeria, Am looking at changing my information which is my Third name and date of birth, Will they be able to link it to my old information because am trying to apply for a permit from Nigeria. Please advise.

Note: I use to live in South Africa.

Am having the same issue i submit Visiting/tourist visa since 9th of March and nothing from the embassy yet... I was invited by my cousin that has a South Africa ID ... Did you submit with invitation or hotel reservation ?

Guys... Please what's wrong with South Africa Embassy in Lagos ... they are taking forever to process people application, I will be more than happy if anyone out here tell US what's going on....

Hello guys, I submit visitors VISA on Thursday 9th March 2017 ... I was told i my visa will be ready in 3 to 5 working days ... this is the 10th working day and am yet to receive any SMS from VFS... what should I do ?....
