Nairalanders, I'm sick of calls and flashing from 9ja. I couldn't sleep last night until around 2am. Whenever I manage pick the call, the next thing I heard was "hello I just say I should say hello". He did not even wait for my response. Another one called with private number and said "hello pls call me back right now". I was like IMAO. After, more than 7 numbers and a lot of unknown numbers / private calls keep flashing me. I couldn't sleep at all. Pls help me ooooo cos I no even know wetin I do them oooooo. This is exactly what I've been saying. If the child does not have any European passport but born in the EU, the zambarano does not apply. But if the child does have any European passport while his/her parents is illegal, then the law applies, and the parent have right to live with the child. I think I'm absolute right?

This is exactly what I've been pointing out as: Irrespective of the parent's immigration status as long as the child/children are either british,irish or holds a passport of any of the EU countries living in the EU member state then the law applies to them

It's all thesame story. Whether the EU country of birth or reside, its all the same story. Its not compulsory to live in exactly EU country of birth, if u like u live in oshogbo or kaduna, as far as the child is holding an European Union passport, the parent have the right to live with the child if the child is born in the EU and been an European citizen. Mind you, been born in the EU does not mean you're eligible for European citizenship, as this depends on each EU country citizenship rights and law. For example, like here in Ireland, if ur child is born here, it does not mean the child is eligible for citizenship, unless one of the parent must have been living here legally for 3/4 years. But if not, the child must be 18 years old before he/she could be considered as an Irish Citizen. Gbammmmmmmmm!

That's a pure and capital lie. The ECJ confirms that whether u have been deported or wherever u live in the world, as long as a child of yours have European passport, the parent have right to live in the EU country birth of the child, provided that non of the parent committed any serious crime.

I don't understand all what u guys are saying about this method of application for Australia visa. The way I see all your comments, does it mean a tourist visa applicant will only submit documents without the international passport I mean do u mean the VFS only receives application and documents without passport?? until visa officer will email you to inform you to send them your passport through courier?? because I don't understand at all. Secondly, does Australia tourist require travel insurance?? I would be grateful if all my question could be answered diligently.
