HELLO HOUSE PLEASE I NEED HELP WITH THIS FOR A FRIEND AS I REMEMBER SOMEONE HERE GOT HIMSELF SORTED BEFORE BUT I CANT FIND THE PAGE AGAIN -
I have tough discussion with my attorney/representative based in Canada regarding further fees they demand to proceed to submit my application. I got my CIC ITA on 28 June. I requested to delink my CIC application from attorney account. Can I do application by myself or better to get help from another representative. What should i do as i will not be paying more.

PLEASE CAN SOMEONE HELP WITH THE STEP BY STEP PROCEDURE ON HOW TO GO ABOUT IT AND HAVE MY FRIEND CARRY ON FROM HERE BY HIMSELF.

Meanwhile I submitted my app since March 2nd, no medical passed or any update self. I think it's because the ABU DHABI VO r the ones handling my app.
But in Naija now to marry and add wifey to the app.

Please how do you know that its ABU DHABI VO r the ones handling your app, as i live in the UAE and has submitted my app in march as well.

Any of the options work as long as:

1. The accounts are in the name of the principal applicant (PA)
2. You have documents to show evidence of sale of properties
3. You can prove the source of the large funds transferred to your account.

There is a separate section to upload LOE, so you can have one letter explaining the whole situation and upload it. However, the proof of sale(s) (receipts and all) and bank statements should be uploaded in the POF section.

@dupyshoo & all with experience with this. it's been a great time here reading and getting informed. Please i have some questions and clarification. We live in dubai.My husband got new brunswick nomination from the dubai session held last year and then an ITA last week, both came a day apart. For POF we have a 3 options.
1. We have a zurish saving of long term savings but withdrawable at any time. Statement can be requested here?any more supporting docs required?
2. We want to get some money deposited in his nigeria account as sale of an already evaluated property in nigeria-what documents do we need to attach here please?
3. We had earlier made huge transfers to someone last year and want to use same persons account to pay into my husbands as return of borrowed funds and then my salary account statement too. What documents of proof is needed here

Can we use both accounts in nigeria and dubai as pof? Will each account have an LOE attached, as the deposits will come as bulk sums?
Also can the zurish savings be used along with these deposits in both the nigeria and our dubai accounts?
