SportsRe: Neymar Blasts Referees, VAR After PSG's UCL Exit (Photos) by usmolad(m): 7:58am On Mar 07, 2019
It was a clear penalty according to the rules of the game. "No accidental handball", it's a new rule and what is mean is that their is no accidental handball, handball is handball whether accidental or not. The referee was right to award a penalty. Don't criticised what you knew nothing about because of emotion.

On Onnoghen's issue Are Mojeed Alabi, PhD Political Science, PhD Law, LLB, MHR wrote:

I am an apostle of legislative independence and autonomy in all ramifications. I studied it, taught it, fought for it and worked hard to make it real. I'm still doing these and will continue to do so. You all know where I stood and remain on this matter of separation of powers. While I do not subscribe to reckless executive powers, I don't equally give in to indolence, connivance or docility on the part of other arms of government in a period of great constitutional crisis like this.
Let us examine the scenario: Yes, the legislature (Senate) must approve a removal by a two-thirds majority votes, but where the Senate failed, refused or neglected to activate the process despite admission of error by the CJN, what happens? There, indeed, lies a lacuna, a serious one for that matter. What I expected my learned brothers, including the SANs and the NBA leadership, to have done was to advise the CJN to step aside in order not to offend the key principle of fair hearing (Nemo dat judex in causa sua - don't be a judge in your own cause).
CJN Onnoghen was, perhaps, conscious of that when he admitted errors in his assets declaration form but was prompted to hang on by peer and ethnic group pressures. He also failed to heed the warnings to step aside as a face saving strategy. His inaction and the actions of his backers were suggestive of wanting to drag the entire judiciary into the mud with him. In a situation where the legislature could not act and my learned senior brothers were unwilling to safe the judicial institution from the current travails, the doctrine of necessity could be invoked to prevent a constitutional cul de sac, by temporarily easing out the CJN to allow for proper investigation that may or may not indict him. The President as the "appointor" of the CJN under Section 231(1) has the power to appoint an acting CJN under Section 231(4) for a limited period not exceeding three months as provided under Section 231(5). This same principle governs the appointment and removal of the PCA (President of the Court of Appeal) appointed under Section 238(1) as applied in the earlier case of Isa Ayo Salami under the Jonathan administration.
The argument that the President ought to have waited for a recommendation from the NJC cannot be sustained in the instant case. By Schedule 3E, par 13(a)&(b), the FJSC can recommend removal of CJN to NJC, and the latter can by Schedule 3I, par 21(a)&(b) recommend the removal of the CJN. Unfortunately, the FJSC and the NJC are each headed by CJN, the accused person. This scenario wasn't entirely unforseen; I painted it vividly and warned against an NJC that was virtually turning into a monster as far back as 2014 in my POLITICS AND LAW: ANATOMY OF THE SIAMESE TWINS (Unilorin Inaugural Lecture). The issue of whether the Senate could activate the removal process itself is neither here nor there. What is certain is that the Senate as presently constituted could and, indeed, did not act!
In the circumstances, there was a constitutional vacuum, which could not be allowed to linger ad infinitum. The doctrine of necessity requires that someone must step in to do the needful. The onus fell on the President, the primus inter pares among the principalities of government, to break the logjam, as he did when he seized the opportunity of a CCT order to suspend (not remove) the CJN to prevent an infringement of the constitutional doctrine of Nemo Dat Judex in Causa Sua (you cannot be a judge in your own cause)! What he did is permitted by logic and our constitutional law.

Dumb OP! Dump post!
PoliticsOsun 2018 Gubernatorial Election: Analysis And Prediction Of Party Standing by usmolad(op): 8:15pm On Sep 21, 2018
This analysis and prediction is from an Osun resident who has been participating actively in Osun election since 2003. I am a loyal party member of one of the political parties that will participate in tomorrow election, notwithstanding, this analysis will be objective and free from bias but base on factors that normally swing votes for political parties and candidates from previous elections and voting patterns in each local government.
I will start from Osun west senatorial district since the voting patterns may likely change because of the agitation that it is there turn to produce the next governor of the state since both the central and east district have spent a minimum of eight years as the governor of the state.
Ede South Local Government
PDP to win with 17000+ votes, to be follow by APC. SDP and ADP will be struggling for votes in this local government
Ede North Local Government
PDP to win with 13000+ votes to be follow by APC and ADP, SDP will be struggling for votes in this area.
Egbedore Local Government
PDP to win with 4000+ votes to be follow by APC and SDP, ADP will be struggling for votes in this local government
Ejigbo Local Government
APC to win with 5000+ votes to be follow by SDP, PDP and ADP will be struggling for votes in this area
Iwo Local Government
ADP to win with 10000+, to be follow by APC. PDP and SDP will be struggling for votes in this local government
Ayedire Local Government
Votes in this local government will be split into three with PDP getting like 30%, APC 28% and ADP 29%.
Ola oluwa local Government
This local government will also follow the above pattern with APC getting 33%, ADP 30% , PDP 28%. Olaoluwa is a small local government
Irewole Local Government
PDP to win with 3000+ votes to be follow by APC and ADP, SDP will be struggling for votes in this area.
Isokan Local Government
This is PDP base and APC has always be finding it difficult to win, but the fact that SDP deputy governorship candidate come from this area may give SDP win this time.
Ayedade Local Government
PDP will win this local government to be follow closely by ADP. APC and SDP will also get much votes.
Osun central senatorial district is considered to be the APC base and this is the district that have the largest voting population. Parties standing in the district will be as follows:
Irepodun Local Government
This is my local government and APC will win with 3000+ votes. APC to win the five wards in my hometown. SDP and PDP to follow each other closely, ADP to have some votes in Ilobu
Orolu Local Government
This local government will be very tight because APC and PDP are on head to head. ADP and SDP to get some votes.
Osogbo Local Government
This is the largest local government and where APC got huge votes in 2014, Osogbo is also an APC council, they always voted AD, AC, ACN and APC but things has change because of some bigwigs defection from APC in this local government. Another factor that will makes Osogbo votes to change is that the deputy governorship candidate of ADP prof durotoye is from this area, he was woo and nominated by Osogbo indigenes to come and deputise Adeoti. Notwithstanding, APC to win with less than 10000 votes, ADP, SDP and PDP will follow one another closely
Olorunda Local Government
This is the second largest local government, this local government is also within Osogbo the state capital and some adjoining villages. APC to win with 5000+ votes, ADP, SDP and PDP to follow one another closely
Ifelodun local Government
This local government will be very tough, it used to be APC stronghold but since the emergence of Oyetola as the APC candidate, arobafin faction of APC had pulled out if the party. This local government may be win by ADP or APC. PDP will not do badly while SDP will be struggling for votes
Odo otin Local Government
PDP may win this local government with ADP and APC to follow closely. The difference between parties here may not be up to 1500
Boripe
This is where the APC candidate come from and APC will win with 5000+ votes. PDP and ADP to follow each other closely. SDP will be struggling for votes in this local government
Boluwaduro
PDP to win this local government with APC and ADP follow closely. The difference between parties may not be up to 1000. SDP will be struggling for votes in this area.
Ila
This is also APC base and home of former interim national party chairman of APC but defection of some bigwigs including hon Akanni Clement to PDP may swing votes for PDP this time. SDP and ADP to get some votes also
Ifedayo
PDP to win this local government. The local government is very small, and there may not be a significant difference between parties in this council
Osun East senatorial district
This is where the governorship candidate of SDP and the incumbent governor come from.
Ife central
SDP to win with 18000+ votes, APC, PDP and ADP will be struggling for votes in this area
Ife East
SDP to win with 10000+ votes. APC, PDP and ADP will be struggling for votes in this local government
Ife South
SDP to win with 7000+ votes to be follow by APC. PDP and ADP will be struggling for votes in this council
Ife north
This local government may likely go to APC, it is a small local government. The difference between parties here may not be up to 1500.
Ilesa East
This is governor aregbesola local government. APC to win with 5000+ votes. It used to be APC stronghold but since the emergence of APC candidate. Some APC members defected to ADP. ADP and SDP to follow each other closely. PDP will be struggling for votes in this area
Ilesa west
ADP to win this local government with 2000+ votes, to be follow by SDP and APC, PDP will be struggling for votes in this local government
Atakumosa East
APC to win with 2000+ votes. ADP SDP and PDP to follow one another closely
Atakumosa West
To follow the above pattern
Obokun
APC to win this council with 3000+ votes. SDP and PDP to follow closely. ADP will be struggling for votes in this area
Oriade
This local government will be keenly contested by ADP, APC and SDP. APC to win with ADP with a little margin of less than 1000 votes.
This is my personal prediction, having participated actively in Osun politics for more than 16 years.
Monetary factor will also play a vital role in tomorrow election because more than 30% of electorate has not decide who to vote for and may eventually settle for the highest bidder.
APC may lose because of the fact that the present administration is owing huge arrears of salaries and pension. It may also lose because some peoples are seen the APC governorship candidate has a stooge of Tinubu and Aregbesola. Also, some are of the opinion that they are taken Osun wealth to Lagos and fail to award contract to the local contractors. The political class also accused Aregbesola of not appointing local politician to some important positions.
PDP candidate is also having a lot of baggage on is head. His inability to be educated up to SSCE level which question his competency level, the fact that their family is not the only family to be continued worshiping in the state, since his late father was a senator between 1979-1983, his late brother was a former governor and senator, and he is also a current senator.
For SDP candidate, Osun people have not forgotten how chief Ajibola Ige was murdered.
For ADP, his party lack political structure
Well, I am predicting APC winning with a very slim margin of less than 10000 votes difference.

helppppp:
Hi everyone, I have to narrate my ordeal to you all. I'm really suffering here and I'm very sad at present. No one knows this cuz I'm always jovial. Seriously I suffer a lot!

I can't even recall when I started watching porn but this week will make a complete 2 years that I have been masturbating. I felt this kind of regret when it was a year too. Please help me, I don't want it to persist again. I don't want to continue with it.

It's even got to a stage that I get aroused to anything exposure about the female. Merely looking at boobs at times, I'd have to control myself. I can't even stand a TV soft sexual act, I'd definitely be aroused. I'm hating on myself!

Before, when I engage in this act, I used to last long a little time but nowadays, I can't even stay two seconds. All I need to hear is the voice of the porn star and I'm done. I know that means I've already developed premature ejaculation (PE) .. Another one I notice nowadays is that I don't get the full control of my joystick as before, it's still standing but I feel it's lost some strength. I feel I have developed erection dysfunction (ED) also and I have never had sex before. I don't my future wife to be depressed about me!

I'm gonna be 21 in August, I don't want this thing to remain with me please help.. I have already lost enough with it. My final year result was pure rubbish, I was only lucky to make a 2.1 cuz i had had good results already in the past. Lots of times I have also contemptlated suicide or harming myself in a way to end this but I won't do that ever.

Even being in my early twenties, I'm far from being broke but I've never had a girlfriend. Just help me please!
drop your WhatsApp number. I have a solution to your plight

Nobody Will be shocked. In every election their must be a winner and a loser, you're not only the one that is proud of Osun there a lot of people who care for Osun than you do. If truly you care for Osun other than your pocket, you will not pray for PDP to come and draw us back again. Meanwhile, whatever the outcome of 2018 guber election, history will never forget aregbe for his outstanding performance as the governor of Osun state.

PoliticsRe: Sorry, But PDP Never ‘won’ Osun-west Senatorial Election by usmolad(m): 6:27pm On Jul 16, 2017
Mr op, who told you Aregbe imposed senator mudashir Hussein on the party. It was Adeleke that ran away when he realised that he could not win APC primary. It's better you do your research whenever you want to write an epistle like this next time. Adeleke won through a sympathy votes and those civil servants that refused to live with the reality on ground. PDP candidate in person of Jackson Adeleke won and nothing more, don't ascribed the failure of APC in the last senatorial bye election to mr governor. Meanwhile, the truth is that mr governor is the symbol of APC in Osun state. Any APC candidate can only win by riding on the sitting governor achievement. Tell your paymaster to stop living in delusion.

My dog sleeps about 20 hours a day.
He has his food prepared for him.
His meals are provided at no cost to him.
He visits the doctor once a year for his checkup and again during the year, if any medical needs arise.
For this, he pays nothing, and nothing is required of him.
He lives in a nice neighborhood in a house that is much larger than he needs, but he is not required to do any upkeep.
If he makes a mess, someone else cleans it up.
He has his choice of luxurious places to sleep.
He receives these accommodations absolutely free.
He is living like a king, and has absolutely no expenses whatsoever.
All of his costs are picked up by others who earn a living.
He only barks when his space is threatened.
I was just thinking about all these, and suddenly it hits me like a ton of bricks ~

MY DOG IS A "DISTINGUISHED" SENATOR OF THE FEDERAL REPUBLIC OF NIGERIA!

Don't say what you know nothing about. When did oyinlola appoint Ige son as a commissioner in osun? I'm very sure you are not in osun and knew nothing about osun and its politics
vintage01:
Don't mind the guy. Whips up such statement when it suits him. The government of Olagunsoye Oyinlola appointed him as a Commissioner for close to eight years simply because of the dad's pedigree, yet the dude could not get one single thing done.

Even when he was a massive failure as a Commissioner, the Governor left him out of respect for the late IGE.

Now, he's probably broke and he's saying those things for the current sets of leaders to remember him.
