There is no difference between 2008 and 2010. Nothing to upgrade from 08 to 010 except upgrade from 2008 to 2011 upward.

log book is something you'll request from the usa sent down to Nigeria customs to ensure ure bringing in the allowed and specified vehicle to clear so there wont be any cut corners while paying duty

In fact, just search for "Chevrolet Aveo" on Nairaland or just "Chevrolet" to see other people's experiences.

As a young man, I tried my best in terms of maintenance. My friend that knew when I bought it thought after 2 years I would have abandoned it.

Everything about the engine of the car and even the car as a whole is designed to fail except the fuel economy.

Once the engine is getting deteriorated, the fuel consumption gets worse.

If you haven't owned the car for at least a year, please don't say anything.

I have one and that is very problematic.

Currently driving Chevrolet Aveo 2009 and I have been driving it for almost 5 years now.
The only good thing about the car is fuel economy.
Every other thing is FUFU.

Very problematic car and the part is not common.

I ring the engine in 2019 and by 2021, the engine is smoking badly.

Stay away from Chevrolet especially Aveo. Run no look back except you are a mechanic and you have money.

There is no basis for comparison my opinion though, Oga na master, Highlander all the way. Talk of durability, Fuel economy, space,maintainance, and second hand value. Highlander is the real deal for me.

yes, but it is only affected buses that carry more than ten passengers, tractor and heavy duty machinery. There also the reduction on vehicles that are new one from 35% levy to 5%. Thanks

I head that in some states you can spend up to 1500 for delivery to the seaport.

On the MDX vs Highlander issue....apart from expensive parts...what about the transmission problems that MDX are said to have (though i hear such problems ended from the 2011 upwards models). A big worry would also be fuel. The MDX uses premium petrol so for you to use naija fuel you have to be using octane boosters. But then again after a while your engine will wear out. On that issue alone, the highlander should take the win.
Anyways...over to the experts..let them discuss

Prado is generally for directors and managers. Big men car.

Rx330 is for both young and old.

I haven't driven any so I can't talk about durability or maintenance cost.
