South Africa’s President Jacob Zuma has hinted he may be ready to take a fifth wife to accompany him through old age, the daily newspaper The Star said Wednesday. During a visit to a Durban township Tuesday in KwaZulu-Natal, the 72-year-old said in Zulu “Angakayakhi indlu yokugugela… laba ngisabathathile nje” (I do have wives but I’m yet to marry my last one).

The crowd, most of them elderly, laughed and cheered, The Star said. Zuma, who on Sunday said he was in “perfect condition” after a stay in hospital in June, had earlier given a speech about the need to respect and tend for older people.

National leader of the All Progressives Congress and former governor of Lagos State, Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu has denied allegations raised by online journal, Sahara Reporters in its report titled: “Threat of perjury trial: How Jonathan Blackmailed Bola Tinubu before 2011 Presidential election”, threatening legal action if the publishers fail to issue a retraction.

According to Vanguard, Tinubu Media Organisation has also confirmed his interest in the Vice President slot of his party. A human rights lawyer and activist, Olatunji Abayomi, has demanded a retraction arguing that the report is not only false, but defamatory.

“We demand a statement acknowledging your error of trying to damage our client’s reputation as well as a statement regretting the same.

“Please this matter must be attended to immediately otherwise you run the risk of multiple civil suits all over the world in defence of our client, “Abayomi wrote. The lawyer said the report attempted to defame Tinubu’s reputation by spreading old, utterly false gossip in hope of wrongly destroying his prospects, adding that there was no charge at the Federal High Court numbered FHC/ABJ/CR/04/2011, nor was Tinubu tried or convicted.

Abayomi noted that the United States Embassy, in its February 4, 2003 response to an inquiry by the Inspector-General of Police, stated that there is “no criminal arrest, records, wants or warrants for Bola Ahmed Tinubu.” “If you had checked readily available records, you would have found that he travels periodically to the United States. Had he been engaged in criminal wrongdoing, he would have been ineligible for entry into that country,” Abayomi wrote.

The pregancy of 17-year old Batya Abuhatzeira, has attracted a lot of attention and interest over the last weeks, as a growing number of scientists and doctors have proved unable to find an explanation to her astounding case. The jewish teenager found herself pregnant while on solitary confinement, during a three week activity of communion and prayer with her school, and is still clinically a virgin. This case’s mystery begins with the circumstances of the “conception”, which presumably took place in a monastery near Beit Shemesh, which she was visiting with her religious private school. Miss Abuhatzeira was participating in a three week activity of prayer and monastic silence with 22 other girls from her class, in a religious institution forbidden to males.

The young girl claims she had some mysterious dreams, ressembling a vision, in which a angel-like figure told her she would have a child. The doctor who initially followed the progression of the girl’s pregnancy, demanded help from specialists after he noticed the girl was still a virgin, and that something about her kid seemed to disturb the ultrasound equipment and rendered clear imaging impossible. More than a dozen experts and specialists have tried to address the problem and find a solution, but it seems a mysterious energy field somehow blocks the scan.

In an interview with Barbara Walters, Oprah Winfrey said her life and career would not have been possible if she had been a mother.

Femi Kuti who clocked 46 two weeks back revealed that he is not the father of two of his five children.

According to Encomium,he revealed that,out of his alleged five children: Made, Afolabi, Dupe, Tosin and Ayomide, two of them, Dupe and Tosin (a boy and a girl) have been discovered not to be his biological children, according to a recent DNA test.

“I did a DNA test and was told two of the children are not mine. The first two (after Made), a boy and a girl. It is very serious. I never knew somebody could give you what is not yours. I’ve three boys now. I can’t father children I was tricked to believe I am their father,” he lamented..
Because of the betrayal, he returned the two children, Dupe and Tosin, to their mothers.
