Please I need phone guru to tell me how to get out of this mess, because is very frustrating, I can't seem to hear any audio sound from my phone.
I woke up this morning to see an earphone icon on my phone without a earpiece,I have plugged in an earpiece and remove it but the icon is still there,I have switched off my phone and on it but the thing is still there, the worst part of it is that I can't get a audio sound from music or video,I have to put all my calls on loud speakers before I can hear my caller, the whole thing is just giving me frustration, please any solution to this problem would be greatly appreciated.

I had similar experience, until I took the phone to an engineer, to my surprise when he opened it there was water inside the phone.

Why would plug the phone to power and be streaming? That's a big mistake, please don't do that again,you are lucky the phone didn't explode. Next time don't operate your phone while charging it, you also need to learn some safety tips on how to use smart phones.
