That's d position of the law...u can't issue a certificate of return while there is an appeal and application for stay before an appeal court...that's unheard of...but I've seen a lot of strange things in this govt(e.g freezing the account of a sitting governor) so nothing surprises me anymore

Politicians and their love for drama...smh....I'm sure there's more than enough room for them in Nollywood...the annoying thing is we would still vote for this set of people come next general election...I just taya for dis country

Yes. You get a dishonorable discharge for that (thrown out of the army). It is standard world wide. And no, it doesn't only apply to military personnel; even if civilians are involved, you get thrown out. So if a military man fvcks your wife (or woman fvcks your husband), best way to fvck him/her up is to report to his/her superiors.

this is Nigeria and not the USA,there is no law to back up your submission that it applies to spouses of civilians,sec 79 of the armed forces act will help u understand this better.
