Pls Mama what is retroflexed uterus,can it prevent pregnancy?

Greetings please I need your advice.
Am confused , whenever am on my fertile days or about to see my period ,am always having a feeling of pinch pinch different areas in my tummy.
I have complained to doctors no one seems to believe me ,they say is imagination..am worried ,I have done scan,HSG everything is normal.
Please what's the best advice for low sperm count n motility .
