going through the test is a required or necessary condition or stage in being employed by Stanbic. It's not a decider in getting the job in the sense that some applicants might not pass the test and at such won't proceed to the next level. A guy I met on the day of my test 25th July, up till now didn't get a response from Stanbic about moving forward. Whereas most of us who wrote test that day have had our panel interviews and documentation mail on 19th and 24th August respectively.
Above all my dear na prayers and patience that brought some of us this far so I concur with the earlier advice already given.

After the numerical you get a msg instantly...perhaps in a min or so...the msg might be a straight reject mail or a mail that will inform you that ur score might be reassessed later or you get a link for the video interview.....now if u get a mail for reassessment perhaps u should do the logical to increase ur chances. N/B you can do it vice versa...I hope I made sense? pls do not quote me further on this subject...best regard....

Lool the amount of PM's I got tho! The numerical test is SHL sorta, they would give you a table then questions to answer based on the table , 75secs per question! The logical is basic abstract!! Patterns and shapes!! Do the practice test first ! It helps.. Cheers

the practice questions are not much, just 3 for the numerical and verbal, then 1 for the logical

For those of u abt to write the numerical...just relax, truth is bother more on accuracy than on speed you need to answer few qstns to qualify...what I did was I studied the table first so I traded my first qstn...so when the next qstn came I gunned it down...traded my first qstns to fully grasp the table.....for the pattern...just know how rotate objects nd u are good to go......plssss do not PM me because I won't reply....best regards to everyone

Age limit is between 26 - 30 years
Qualifications Degree (2.2 at least) and HND (Upper credit and above).
NYSC Discharged certificate is compulsory.

I believe the interview is going to be an Assessment Center.

Be yourself and forge not your results.

If you have an andriod phone, its better u do d m.t.n b.b.l.i.t.e.d subscription of N70 a day which gives 5gig, tweak it simple server and use it (android or pc). Thats safer than 65mb that may get exhausted when u are yet to complete the interview. Kindly google the procedure for the above as I won't be sharing it here to avoid derailing the thread. does the 60 mb include the practice questions and main interview questions also....I have like only 65 mb on my phone, am so messed up ryt now

Hmmmmm got sacked for the silliest reason...refusing to dance to a secular song during training ...

I got employed in a private school on Monday... education plus international school @11 prefab road GRA phase3 Portharcourt .. 70k/month... Got sacked on Wednesday... What a Mirage... What a test... The real Job is coming soonest.

I am positive about this because I stood for my Kingdom... I believe my body is the temple of God... I can't dance to songs that don't glorify God, the name of JESUS or at least have morally gud lyrics...

I can't compromise my principles because of 70k...I have value... I am worth far more than that... A Gas Engineer with a 2.1 that has God on the inside... I can make more than that even without being employed.. GOD CAN STILL GIVE ME MY LNG JOB THIS MONTH... 1.2M/month... Lol

Hello guys, i remember being in this position not too long ago with a lot of questions and few answers.. So i will quickly put u through based on my experience There are 3 interviews before medicals.. Sometimes phycometric test is omitted, but all must pass through the third interview with an excecutive director before being called for medical(i.e if the interview is successful) i guess you all have to wait for Ed to come to your region before you think of medicals.
There is no fixed time interval for progressing to another level of the interview. It took me over 100 days from first invite before reaching the ED stage(election break Inclusive), some spent over 160 days, while some used only 14 days to complete the whole process before getting to Medicals.. So just be calm and don't think you have been forgotten. At training school, all you need is obedience and hardwork, spare the those days and be very compliant both in attitude and in your studies. You did meet a lot of wonderful people. Finally, at the work place, which is whr i am now, just strive for excellence (which by God's grace) is the passion that reverberates within.
