I'm sure the agent removes the battery and whatsoever. There's no way a vandals would have opened a burnet removing battery alone without touching the brain box, coils, and catalyst underneath.
The damaged front headlamp and the bumper could be as a mistake from the port.

Instead of you guys to help op by telling him that the quality of fuel these days is really bad leading to poor mpg generally and that he should try changing the fuel station he fuels from for a start, or that he should get his vehicle checked by a competent mechanic, you are here making excuses that the op never made

Please Car specialists in the house I need your advice.
I bought a Tokunbo Toyota Camry 2005 four plugs engine this January and after the mechanic changed the oil and filter and did some repairs underneath (shocks and brake pads) I brought an electrician aka Rewire to do a scan and do some minor electrical connections( steering control for the radio was not working) the scan result returned no errors. On the dashboard there is no check engine sign etc..so I felt the car was good to go.
But I noticed the fuel consumption was a bit high, the most alarming was I bought fuel #3000 this past Saturday evening, went to church with my family on Sunday morning,took my kid brother's family home, a distance not too far. Same Sunday evening I went out to hang with friends (I stay st Jakande estate, Isolo and went to hang out with my friends at Festac), I didn't go out on Monday and Tuesday, went out today(Wednesday) just a little distance and the fuel is already showing yellow and almost at E level.
I have bought fuel #3000 on 2 occasions and noticed this poor fuel economy too.
I feel the fuel consumption is rather too high. Also I noticed the fan starts immediately I turn on the ignition even without starting the engine fully, could this be the cause of the poor fuel economy?
Please how do I go about this problem?
