That is where pple like u are getting it wrong. I'm not saying its compulsory and prospective employer will not ask for it buh it is only advisable to always submit it alongside one's cv. The place they said documents could mean everything to support your application. I didn't have Bs in ma WAEC but I uploaded ma cover letter. I got the invite as well. They may also consider state of origin. One thing is certain which is the selection wasn't random

Only God knows what they use for the screening. Maybe the course of study, I'm sure age is there, then maybe some pple didn't submit the documents we were asked to upload. Most especially nysc number/certificate. Then some of us are so myopic that we tend to neglect cover letter. But like I said earlier only God knows the criteria they used.

Just got invite for both personality test and aptitude test. Hmmm this will be my second encounter with dragnet. I will be successful this time

Guys don't disturb yourself abeg. What will b will be. That our application is still under review is not a bad thing @ all. To me anything could still happen. So stop bordering yourselves. On this nairaland I've seen someone whose application was under review for like 4 months and he was called for interview after 4 months and guess what? He's now working there. So please stop worrying yourselves and have faith. Regards

Oct 11 is still very recent. Just be patient you'll get a call from them. During my time it took about 1 month after the second online test to receive a call from them scheduling me for a phone interview appointment.

Yes, uploading 'extraneous' copies such as NYSC discharge, transcripts, university degree certificate, copies of scholarship(s) or awards, if any, that you won while in UG helps to support your application strongly and make it stand out from others. I strongly recommend that. During my time I uploaded my transcripts(I was lucky I had them with me already), copies of my scholarship awards while in UG(all combined into one PDF file), copy of my degree certificate, and copy of my NYSC call-up letter(I was still serving then). The recruiters take time to review everyone's application and their documents uploaded. This is where you can leave a good impression on them by uploading those documents. Uploading those documents are optional, I know, but the option was put online for a reason. It's all common sense.

Since when did you do the last online test? It shouldn't take more than one month to get a call from them scheduling you for the phone interview stage, after which the phone interview call comes on the scheduled date.

Also, what documents did you upload during your application? ie transcripts, NYSC discharge letter/ call-up letter etc?

thanks I did the last online on the 11 of this month and I uploaded only my certificate I'm batch c and I will pass out this coming thursday I intend to upload my nysc cert as soon as I get it buh this issue of transcripts how important is it? Thanks bro really appreciate

Pls everybody I did the online test yesterday night and up till this moment the only msg I got from them is that they will now consider my application. Pls and pls what does this mean. I need a candid opinion as in does that mean I must have passed their online test or its just computer algorithm
