Funny protesting Go and work hard for your money and stop wasting your precious time with protest that will change nothing. That one holding a placard saying house rent should be monthly, but ask him how much to build one flat and he will not know. Trying to reap where you didn't sow. |

Salewa97: Protesters always playing the victim card. It's funny how they claim to be attacked while causing chaos themselves. If they really wanted change, they should channel that energy into constructive dialogue instead of running to the media for sympathy. Nigeria deserves better than this drama. You're saying that if they fail to get it right during the elections, they should forget it. |

Bebigiby1: Nigerians in the southern part of the country sabotaged the protest by not coming out in mass to join the peaceful protest especially in the southeast and southwest states…. The south east told everyone point blank that they will not join any protest, it was no surprise when they stayed in their shops and did business. There was no sabotage in their case. The people that sabotaged the protest were our south west brothers. They brought the North out, and betrayed them in the front lines. |

Sir, it seems you're not following the political trends. Nigerians has been turned to citizens of an IDP camp. Their economic prosperity is no longer a priority, they should all sit down and be fed like fowls owned by a poor hungry person.

akingangan: Echoes of Yoruba Nation
In the heart of vibrant West, Where the sun kisses the earth’s crest, Lies the Yoruba nation, proud and free, A tapestry of history and mystery.
With crowns of coral, chiefs sit enthroned, In palaces where ancient gods are homed. The talking drums beat stories, old and revered, Songs of ancestors, forever endeared.
From the bustling streets of Lagos’ might, To tranquil towns under starry night, Each corner breathes a sacred dance, Of art, of culture, in every glance.
The Yoruba speak in proverbs wise, Every word a prize, under African skies. Their language, a river, flowing deep, Carries secrets it promises to keep.
The festivals are a sight to behold, Eyo and Ojude Oba, bold and gold. Cloaked figures dance, the city’s heart beats, To rhythms of growth and ancestral feats.
In markets vibrant with colors and smells, Where commerce whispers in beads and shells, The Yoruba craft their daily bread, Weaving futures from threads of thread.
Ogun, Sango, Yemoja’s might, Deities of iron, fire, and water’s flight, Guardians of a people, strong and bold, Custodians of stories, yet untold.
Here, tradition and progress entwine, In a nation where sun and stars align. Yoruba, a realm of endless bloom, Nurtured by the past, it finds its room.
So sing the praise of this land so vast, Where the roots of humanity are cast. Yoruba nation, in every heartbeat, In Africa’s drum, its soul complete.
Written by A.I Whenever they get slapped by the North, they remember Yoruba nation. |
