all the companies that are in Nigeria from south Africa is either the company is black own or is complying with the BEE and what would those companies benefit from that, they benefit the governmental watch out, which is the governments protection, political and financial.....political you find that the legislation always favours them and financial you find that most of the tenders are given to them so those companies enjoy the BEE example Naspers is the own of pay TV and DSTV they are the members of BEE were almost 30% shares are black own which 15% of them are run by PIC, so they benefit this way, they have the support from government they have the rights to broadcast SABC channels including the two new channels.

let me teach you a bit MTN is a state own public company that started operating after 1994 that is run by (PIC) in full Public Investment Corporation, the state own 50% through PIC and TELKOM and the remaining shares are in hands of BEE, AA and BBBEE which are black pension funds holdings, black own companies like SHANDUKA they also came to buy shares on MTN nigeria and the are there shares are own buy management. Same applies to VODACOM that was fund by the state own entity TELKOM and sold 50% to VODAFONE and later on TELKOM listed their 15% to the public

I think the Equatorial Guinean police use unnecessary excessive force there. If that is how they treat people it means there must be something wrong with that society. I don't see anything interesting in that nation though. The oil and gas there are largely in the Nigerian territorial water. We can easily punish them.

We are known to be the most friendly people on the entire planet once and possibly is in the continent of Africa.
