He know's nothing about South Africa, the banking sector is one of the lowest paying professional industry is South Africa when it comes to their tellers. They can earn as little as R5000 per month which is equal to 100 000 naira per month. And an average cleaner that is sweeping the floor earn a similar amount in a government or private company building.

surely you don't know a thing about South Africa, if primary school teacher get paid R350 000 per year in South Africa which is 7,700 000 naira and a flight to America just cost R11 000 more or less. Even a Municipal cleaner in South Africa who earn R8 500 per month can afford to buy a ticket to China, American and Nigeria.

That's not true this comes as cash to unemployed individuals and the is an ongoing distribution of food parcels of more than 250 000 to poor house hold. So because of corruption and connected families to the ruling party, who happens to be the favourites to the distribution of this food parcels, the government decided to give away vouchers to purchase food instead food parcels or cash to poor families.

It will be funded in part by international finance institutions and by redirecting funds already allocated in the current budget.
The main interventions announced on Tuesday are:
R20 billion directly for fighting the pandemic. This includes spending on protective equipment for healthcare workers, additional ventilators, staffing, medicine, field hospitals and community screening.
R20 billion for municipalities for the provision of emergency water supplies, sanitising public transport facilities as well as feeding and housing the homeless.
R50 billion towards new grants, grant top-ups and other measures to relieve social distress.
R100 billion for the protection of jobs and job creation.
R40 billion for income support payments for workers whose employers cannot pay wages.
R2 billion to assist spaza shop owners and small businesses.
A R200 billion loan guarantee scheme from the banks, National Treasury and SA Reserve Bank.
R70 billion in tax relief schemes for distressed businesses.
In addition, taxpayers who donate to the Solidarity Fund will be able to claim 10% as a percentage of their taxable income.
'Devastating' impact on economy
Ramaphosa said the government's "urgent and dramatic steps" taken to stop Covid-19 have saved tens of thousands of lives, and were "absolutely necessary".
But, he added, this was having a devastating effect on the economy.
There are fears this will be enough to tip economically vulnerable households below the poverty line.
Some estimates have put the total damage to the economy as a result of the Covid-19 lockdown at a downturn of between 6 to 8%, with a million job losses.
READ | Unemployed will get R2 100 each in Covid-19 payouts over 6 months, children R2 800 extra
A 2018 study found only a quarter of South Africans can be considered middle class or of the elite class, while the rest either live in poverty or close to it. The same study found three out of four children under the age of 15 live in poverty.
Protests over food shortages have already been seen across the country, and the SA Social Security Agency is currently overwhelmed with applications for food parcels, receiving 9 000 calls an hour.
Grants and relief for impoverished
Civil society has been vocal in its call for greater relief, especially for the unemployed and informally employed.
So perhaps the most significant measure introduced by Ramaphosa was the use of the existing social security infrastructure to distribute millions of rand to the poorest in society via grants.
A number of institutions, academics, activists and economists had called for some form of a grant, either in the form of a new grant, a top-up of the child support grant or all grants, or the distribution of cash to the poorest in society.
Ramaphosa appears to have adopted all of these suggestions which include:
A six-month temporary coronavirus grant.
An increase of the child support grant of R300 in May and R500 from June to October.
An extra R250 for other grant beneficiaries for the next six months.
A Covid-19 social relief of distress grant of R350 per month for six months for unemployed people who do not receive any other grant or Unemployment Insurance Fund payment.
The roll-out of vouchers and cash transfers to those in need for food assistance.
The distribution of 250 000 food parcels in the next two weeks (a partnership between the Solidarity Fund, NGOs, community-based organisations and the Department of Social Development).
Funding
The R500 billion plan will be financed by R130 billion that will be reprioritised from the current budget.

The biggest question Nigerians should ask themselves, is why black South Africans are not being found roaming in other African countries looking for greener pastures..

what black South Africans achieved after 1994, statistics says it all...21 ways life in South Africa has improved since 1994
Staff Writer 3 years ago

The Institute of Race Relations has released a report detailing the many areas in South Africa where life has improved since the dawn of democracy.

The report – titled Life in South Africa: Reasons for Hope – was published at a time of economic uncertainty and political instability.

However, it is for this reason that the report is necessary, the IRR said – to show the socio-economic success the country has achieved, and the many ways in which life has become better.

“The context is one in which the economy is not performing strongly. Too many people are unemployed. There is a great deal of corruption. Violent protests are commonplace. Questions are being asked about the future of South Africa’s democracy,” the IRR said.

“But amidst the turmoil, IRR analysts see the story of a young democracy that has made a vast amount of progress in fields ranging from the economy and employment to living standards, poverty, education, healthcare and crime.

“This is not captured by screaming newspaper headlines but by the substantive progress we have made as a country since the end of apartheid. It is a story of hope amid change.”

These are the x ways in which life in South Africa has improved greatly, according to the IRR

Economy

The economy has grown by 85% in real terms since 1994, from R1.65 trillion to R3.06 trillion in 2015.
Real GDP per capita is 33% higher, from R42,386 per person, to R56,343 in 2015
Disposable income has increased by 42%, from R23,686 to R33,660 in 2015.
Inflation has dropped from 9% in 1994 to 4.6% in 2015.
The budget deficit has decreased from 7.1% of GDP to 2.9% of GDP in 2015.
Despite high unemployment, more people are taking part in the economy, with 58.1% market participation in 2015, up from only 47.7% in 1994.
More than double the amount of black Africans are employed in 2015 than in 1994.
Living conditions

There are fewer informal homes in 2015 than in 1994, with a 131.3% increase in formal homes.
People with access to electricity has increased for cooking (228%), lighting (192%) and heating (58%) – while access to water has more than doubled (110%) and access to toilets has also increased significantly (151%).
The number of low income households (LSM 1-3) has decreased significantly – showing a move to higher income homes (LSM 4-7 and LSM 8-10).
The middle class has increased significantly – almost doubling since 1994.
Households living in extreme poverty has been been reduced from 525 of the black African population in 2002, to 20% in 2015.
Education

A higher proportion of black South African students is passing than ever before – 67.4% in 2015, versus 49% in 1994.
More students are attending university than ever before – with 807,000 students enrolled in 2015, versus 385,200 in 1994.
Black South African students now make up the majority of students (70.1%) compared to only 20% in the late 1980s, and over 45% in the mid 90s.
There are more students studying towards a science, engineering or technology degree now than ever before (55,574 students in 2015, versus only 20,610 in 1994).
Health

The rate of new HIV infections since the turn of the millennium has effectively halved, with 321,500 new infections in 2015, compared to 646,800 in 1999.
The rate of still births has declined by 22% since 2001.
There are more professional nurses – and those enrolled to be nurses – than ever before. Growth of 50% and 115% respectively between 1998 and 2015.
There are 80% more GPs and 29% more specialists practicing in the public sector since 2000.
Crime and security

South Africa’s murder rate has halved since 1994/95 – from a rate of 68 murders per 100,000 population, to 34 per 100,000 population in 2015.
“The list of socio-economic successes set out in this report is far from exhaustive. Rather, it lists examples of just
some of the things that have gone right since 1994,” the IRR said.

“This makes the point that as we face the future, we must not lose sight of the fact that life in South Africa today is better than it was twenty years ago.”

I laugh when I see people say South Africa has uninterrupted power supply..

Like. guys, in rural areas, 60% of households have no access to electricity, plus the constant load shedding happening in South Africa is enough indication that 24/7 is not a thing there.

But trust those zombies to hype their country as if we don't know what's happening there.

Eskom expresses pride on improved access to electricity
SOUTH AFRICA / 28 SEPTEMBER 2018, 4:44PM / ANA REPORTER

Eskom powerlines. Picture:Bhekikhaya Mabaso/African News Agency/ANA.
CAPE TOWN - South Africa’s power utility Eskom on Friday said electricity access had improved from 36% in 1994 to 90% to date.
Eskom said in 1994, at the “the dawn of democracy”, only 36% of the country had access to electricity, with 12% being rural electrification.
To date, the programme is left with less than 300,000 un-electrified houses in its area of supply, and this figure excludes growth and informal settlements.
Ninety percent of South Africans have access to electricity, and 80% in rural areas have been electrified through the integrated national electrification programme(INEP).
The statement said, the majority of the electrification programme was being implemented in more remote and deep rural areas, where the construction of the network infrastructure was challenging, on difficult terrain and therefore expensive.
To date, Eskom has electrified in excess of five million households, with plans to electrify 180,000 households per year for the next three years.
“Eskom is as much part of South Africa’s heritage as our power lines and power stations are part of the South African landscape. But it goes beyond that, our systems, processes, skills and expertise needed to run the grid are also part of a shared heritage,” said Eskom group chief executive Phakamani Hadebe.
“This year’s heritage day is special because this is the year of Nelson Mandela’s centenary, a man that taught all of us the importance of our rich and varied cultural heritage that can help build our nation,” he said.
Hadebe added that “as an organisation that has been the cornerstone of South Africa’s economy, we continue to pride ourselves on our heritage of powering the nation. We are forever mindful that electricity is a key enabler, driving the economy, education, social cohesion and individual and collective aspirations. This is why we taking the goal of achieving universal access so seriously".

@ Jayceon

That's what happens when one doesn't have hobbies

I noticed you hate the guy, many weeks ago I saw you and Jin in a brural debate about him and ANC politics, would you have preferred if we were stuck with granny Nkosazana? tbh I think it was wise for the country to choose a businessman who won't have to steal from the state like the last idiot we put in office

I guess we will all start talking in 2019.for now I have no problem with the man as long as he doesn't add a venda part in our national anthem, imagine the longest anthem in the world grin grin grin

Yes I would have preferred Nkosazana, the county needs someone who is not conflicted . Someone who will implement the resolutions of the conference not try change them like Ramaphosa will do. He is already talking about a " new deal" . What the hell is that? Who did he discuss it with ? The Stellenbosch mafia? . We don't need his new deal what we need is the radical economic transformation that was agreed upon at Nasrec. Cyril Mandela Oppenheimer, must just shut the f up grin.

Here is why I supported Nkosazana;

1. She is pro nationalization of SARB which makes sense to me . More opportunities for new entrants in the banking sector will pop up, translating to more competition ( which is currently non existent ) . Fnb, standard , investec , Absa ,Nedbank aren't competitors but co- conspirators who are there to milk us dry. Plus this year she wanted to have a state owned bank ( which is one of the ANC resolutions from nasrec) . Since majority of abantu work for the state , meaning they were going to run away from the above mentioned banks to the mzansi bank. The dark forces in south africa needed to kill her aspirations by denting her image ( *she is Zuma's ex wife therefore not suitable for the job* . Although she has never been implicated in any corruption scandal, her only crime was that she used to play with zuma's dyck years ago grin. And also that she has never bowed down to WMC .). They love Cyril Oppenheimer so much , why ? . He is a good boy lol. He is going to derail the processes for the next 9 years, he has business interests in the banking sector. It might not be direct interest but his inlwas like Patrice Motsepe( who has shares in the new bank ye discovery). Cyril the Jew Ramaphosa ain't going to implement jack shyt , he is not moved by the fact that most of these banks would never fund Jayceon' s business aspirations, they will request collateral ( land ) lol. Jaco who has the land will get the loan within 24hrs and open up the business Jace was aiming at within a month lol. Now Jace will have to go beg Jaco for i span and the cycle continues lol. These are things that would have been changed .

2. The issue of land . Nkosazana did not dance around this issue like the good boy. She is direct, land must be taken without compensation as is the policy of the ANC from the nasrec conference. She had outlined her plan for this and it wasn't going to disturb " food security " in the country and it was going to fast so that we can move away from this shadow. But the ugly boy says " we need to sit down and negotiate " grin. WTF? Negotiate what ? . Because there is no way in hell the ANC branches are going to change their minds and say let's compensate the land thieves. Now the house boy is talking about " we need to check the lands under the kings " lmfao. Typical! , Jaco has 50 % of the land but Cyril Oppenheimer Wants to pick on vusi who has 5% grin. That's why king zwelithini told him to come to Zulu land and talk that shyt , the house boy is yet to respond lol. I think he is looking for a civil war and them village herdsmen will bring it .

3 . Nkosazana wanted the evergreen contracts( that you guys never talk about) revisited. These are the contracts that have constantly collapsed the state owned companies. 40 year contracts ? grin where have you ever heard of such crap. Mind you the groups that have those contracts aren't even lana emnzansi grin. The media of WMC won't report that one wink. They will bombard you with " state capture " news and zupta corruption and the rest of the gang will sing along not asking the critical questions. "Who are the most corrupt people in SA? Is there any proof? Can you show us the proof ? Not propaganda but paperwork grin" . Ever since agent Madonsela took office , her only obsession was zuptas and nothing else . In her 5 years in office , what did she achieve ? grin . Oh ! American and British awards ( I wonder why ) lol. Well , if you didn't expose me as the main culprit and used someone else that's already hated as your scapegoat, I would award you too grin well done " brilliant" agent . We talk about zuma the thief yet not even one person or journalist has backed up this accusation with concrete proof just noise . Is zuma eating at Eskom, SAA , Transnet etc? Does he have any interests there ? No . But he is apparently the main cause of corruption lol. The evergreen contracts swip away 90% and the likes of Jace fight over the 10% and will turn around and say zuma is their problem grin. Let's all leave the corrupt 90% because the likes of Enca and city press don't talk about them being the biggest scam since 94 lol. Recently it was revealed that the biggest corruption scandal in SA since 94 is the steinhoff saga but we didn't see huge protests from the blue wearing corruption crusaders calling out the company that wasted pensioners money and caused chaos at the JSE cheesy. City press and them made sure it was on second page , because first page is always reserved for zuma and Guptas and I darkie that won't bow down to WMC cheesy. The supposed " most corrupt people " , the Guptas and Duduzane zuma only got a contract of 1.6 billion at Eskom and it was all over the media and abo Jace took to the streets calling for their heads. Companies like glencore hiked up coal prices and take home over 40 billion each and dololo I toytoy from batho grin. . It's pretty clear I corruption is hyped when the face imnyama if yeyengamla everyone shuts up their mouth including the London trumpets called EFF. We are so good at witch hunting abantu abadla I crumbs and bones but can never stand up and confront the real people who have captured the state . Abo ke are the ones abane evergreen contracts grin. They were so happy when Ramaphosa won , why? Because like dead ass Mandela uzoshiya zonke izinto zabo the way they are. They hated zuma with a passion coz he joined brics which will give us relief from i debts zase west. They were happy when he announced the nuclear deal thing , but as soon as he said it's going to Russia, he became an enemy grin. The DA are such big fans of Ramaphosa why ? Lol. Isn't he a leader of the opposition party ? . He is , but not a threat to what the DA is protecting. He is actual a poster boy for it . Zuma said some of the companies that have been doing business with mines for a longtime zamangamla and foreign must be kicked out sifake new players made up mostly of abo Jace. Lol , he was to be a corrupt thief who wants to steal from ngamlas and abo Jace took to the streets and demanded his head grin. Now they have it , Mr educated will come in and fire zwane and put in an " appropriate " minister who will be carefully chosen in Stellenbosch over drinks grin. He or she will change the whole new mining chatter which is being contested fiercely as we speak by abo bass and Afriforum ( by the way they were also happy for Cyril grin..I wonder why). Utata ka Jace is destined to die underground after getting I 12 stina all his life while u Jaco has to do business ne state and mines lol. The cycle will continue ke.

4. Free quality education for the poor . Zuma announced it after conference. But now good old boy wants the nation to consider working with banks ? grin. Meaning , these young people will have to get these loans from banks , and work their asses off for years after graduation paying off that money ( slavery) grin . He must be smoking something good to have forgotten the events of 2015 fees must fall .

Lol@ adding venda to the anthem. He might as well add Shanghaan and nama ( Khoisan).

It would have been best if you let politicians deal with politics. Because you're lower in IQ wen it comes to politics, I will recommend you to stop watching ANN7 news as your source of information, and make POWER FM your friend. Scaw Metals and Guma in R400m new Ghanaian plant
November 28, 2013
Robert Gumede’s vision of building a Pan African investment vehicle via the Guma Group has received a shot in the arm after landing a steel deal to venture into the oil rich Ghana.
An announcement released yesterday has Guma partnering with South African steel manufacturer Scaw Metals and the Jospong Group of Companies to set up a R400m plant in Ghana.
The announcement released by Scaw Metals said the company will construct a new grinding media plant in Tema, Ghana. “This new plant seeks to significantly increase the company’s grinding media capacity on the African continent. This move, valued at more than US$40m, is done in partnership with the Guma Group, a South African player, as well as the Jospong Group of Companies, which is based in Ghana.”
The announcement said the consortium will bring additional investment to Ghana by increasing the steel product range, through a company which will produce other steel related products including Rolled Products; long steel products, reinforcing bars, low and high-carbon wired rods, reinforcing coil, etc.
“Our investment showcases the value that partnerships between the private and public sector can bring to infrastructure development in Africa,” said Gumede.
This plant serves as a catalyst for the further enhancement of business to business relationships, which is much needed for job creation and trade in the region.”
Gumede‘s march largely represent the changing face of the South African economy. He is part of a new class, few it must be said, of black businessmen who have broken into the mainstream commercial activity and are now looking for a place within the industrial sector and across the continent. Gumede will be largely known for leading the development of an ICT company Gijima into the JSE.
His investment vehicle, the Guma Group, is tagged as a Pan-African, black owned multi-disciplinary investment company with operations globally and across the African continent. The group is said to employ over 12 000 people and focusing in energy power generation, ICT, infrastructure development, tourism, property real estate and shopping centre development.
Yesterday’s announcement said the Tema plant, with an annual capacity of 50,000 metric tons, should become operational within 18 months and will offer significant job opportunities in the local community.”
The Scaw Metals Group is the largest producer of cast high chrome grinding media in the southern hemisphere and is the leading producer and supplier of high chrome and forged grinding balls primarily to the African platinum, copper and gold mining industries.”
We are delighted that we will be opening a plant in Ghana and this is outbound investment for a South African entity,” said Markus Hannemann, Chief Executive of the Scaw Metals Group.
The Ghanaian government has made a great push for the local manufacturing industry to stimulate economic growth and provide job creation.”
He noted that Scaw Metals already has a presence in Ghana. The company’s Ghanaian operation was registered in 2011 as a regional sales office to service the West African region. With offices in Tema, Scaw Ghana functions as a local point of contact for all of the products manufactured in South Africa by the Scaw Metals Group that may be in demand in the region.
“From our experience in Ghana thus far, we are certain that we will be able to fully utilise the vast potential in the region. The skills development we will be providing for the employees of the plant will make sure that our plant will have world-class standards and have a significant knock-on effect in the local community,” said Hannemann.
“We are looking forward to the partnership with the Scaw Metals Group and supplying the region will grow the business further. We will also look for other steel beneficiation opportunities in Ghana”, says, Joseph Siaw Agyepong, Chairman, Jospong Group of companies.

No need for your stats as I never disputed your claims to begin with.
Did I said Joburg was the least or most visited place in SA? no, I simply said many tourists are a avoiding it in addition to Pretoria because of the safety concerns which is what I've seen a lot of people do. See why Capetown is rated high on the list. Anyways Joburg is a major entry point for many tourists to SA since it has the busiest and largest airport in Africa.

These are the most violent cities in South Africa
# City Murder rate (2016)
1 Cape Town 61.5
2 Nelson Mandela Bay 53.1
3 Buffalo City 46.5
4 eThekwini 42.4
5 Manguang 40.6
6 Durban 35.9
South Africa 34.3
7 Ekurhuleni 30.3
8 Johannesburg 29.7
9 City of Tshwane 28.5

By the way I'm SOUTH AFRICAN I know my coloured brothers very well in Cape Town they don't play Tom & Jerry games.

Try again. Those drugs happen to be expensive, and I don't think the are that delicious to pass as sweets. How much would the get selling such drugs to school little children?
while we advocate that our brethren give up 419 and drug dealing, the truth must be said that this South Africans are attacking Nigerians not solely because of the aforementioned vices, but because they fear their economic right has been taken over by Nigerians

South african corrupt officials and citizens alike get the same treatment if caught by angry mob but they don't have the luxury to bitc* about xenophobia like Nigerians. A disgrace to black race ? grin grin you mean worse than a country that ignores it's citizens basic needs? Kaduna killings ? Why are black herds men in heavenly Nigeria butchering black citizens? Why are different tribes butchering each other weekly in a proudly black country ? Why are citizens of the black heaven dying in the Mediterranean Sea weekly? Black boko haram members killing black innocent citizens? . Are you Bleep*n kidding me ? DISGRACE TO THE BLACK RACE ? Don't you dare !

Did you not read where the police was the one that saved these guys from being killed?
Those that attacked them were locals not the government so why are you calling on Nigerian govt to retaliate? Do as the SA locals did, you can go and attack SA citizens in Nigeria too or should the govt do it for you?

So you think these particular 2 went to SA to develop SA? Meaning SA or the countries Nigerians go to are being developed by Nigerians yet they can't do same in their our own country?
Nothing but the truth!

That still counts as a crime as part of Nigerian law. The perpetrators were taken to custody immediately after the incidence. End of story.

As for SA, you are now stooping so low now. I guess SA isn't as great as it is if you had to use Nigeria to justify your violence. No wonder why many tourists try to avoid Joburg and Pretoria as much as possible. Many tourists prefer to stay in Capetown as it is often referred to as the last place of hope in SA.
another lie.

My brother God bless you. We have some bad Nigerians involved in the drug trade, but why are they not attacking their own people who are more involved in drug business than Nigerians? I am not applauding the Nigerians involved in the drug trade, but I feel the attack on Nigerians is out Jealousy about their wealth and success. This is why I agree with you that we should face this problem as a nation, rather than castigating each other.
which wealth bra? name one successful Nigerian business in South Africa. Or are you talking about cellphone fixer or hairdressers?

SA has had a drug problem as far as I can remember. In the film, 'Dangerous Ground' starring Ice Cube, Elizabeth Hurley among other stars, SA drug problem was highlighted. The film was set in the 90s, long before Nigerians started moving there in droves and it was clearly shown that the drug trade was being controlled by local drug cartels. I therefore wonder why South Africans are not attacking their local drug cartels if they feel that they really need to take drugs off their streets.
I feel it's envy, because Nigerians there are doing well through their personal effort and also Jealousy because they feel Nigerian men are stealing their women from them(Their ladies prefer Nigerian men from accounts I received from friends there).
I will advise the SA men to pull themselves together, get a good education and then a Job to remove that excessive envy and Jealousy from their lives.
My advise to Nigerians in SA is to have an exit
ountry within three years, while the Nigerian Government can also help such would be returnees by providing logistics support and other things that will help them settle easily and quickly in Nigeria or whichever safe country they choose to relocate to.
Don't bother yourself with your people everything its in order.

The South African black middle class has more than trebled over the past 12 years, and this year it stands at close to 6 million people, according to University of Cape Town marketing professor John Simpson.
“The black middle class is keeping the economy alive ... There has been an explosion of the black middle class,” he said during a fresh-produce conference this month.

Please tell me are you Igbo ? I know if you are you will not like South Africa. I have been going to South Africa since 2009 and just got back this December. I move about freely everywhere from Jo'burg to Pretoria and had a road trip to Durban in company of other 4 Nigerians. I was not lynched.

The under belly factor which we all chose to ignore is the drug problem. Nigerian build drug cartels in SA using their girl to ship the drugs. They moved into building proustite cartels now. Nigeria chased Western Union n Money Gram from SA with fraud.

South Africa might be a developed city like Europe but never forget that they are Africans. There's that unseen Union of a community in every African which is absent in Europe that is why you see this people fighting to get rid of the evil of drugs plaguing their community. Nigerian are only caught in between the web because they are the channel through which the drug is distributed.

Xenophobic started without Nigerian being the major culprit now the battle as changed and it's only Nigerians that is being attacked daily. Plus am a Nigerian and South African is a million times beta than Nigeria and am talking in terms of all indices so naturally Nigerian will migrate over there just like we move to countries in European America n Asia so stop fooling yourself as to why you can not understand Nigerians move there. When you were there did you for once think about how you will get water, electricity, security etc and every other thing you need to provide for yourself here in Nigeria ?
Nothing but the truth.... Amen!

Well, I've always been a strong anti-xenophobia agent on Nairaland, but with the rate of attack on Nigerians in S.A, one should really ask what the Nigerian ambassador to S.A is doing on this issue.

Even if you tell me these guys are drug dealers or fraudsters (their usual lame excuse for xenophobic attacks), are the citizens so lawless to be beating foreigners up all the time without the Police arresting them?

This is so unlawful. It's also a call to Nigerians to mind what they are doing abroad. We know so many Nigerians wanna make money by force and don't care how it comes, but don't kill yourself in another man's land because of fast money. Enough said! These people hate Nigerians, especially Igbos with a passion (trust me they know the different tribes).
First you should ask yourself a question, why only Nigerians are being beaten in South Africa out of all foreigners? Why don't Nigerian students studying in South Africa report such incidents if South Africans are anti-Nigerian? what you should know about South Africans is that they don't tolerate nonsense, you should ask Zuma if you don't believe me.
