Most people still don't get it, GEJ was voted out cos he failed, not because of some 5k shii. Anybody who went to school would know Nigeria doesn't have what it takes to implement that 5k social program yet, not because we don't have the money but we don't have a good database yet. how'll you ascertain those who are employed and those who are not? How would you know someone who got a job today to delist him from the system? Those are questions we need to answer first.

Baba, if ur location isn't too far from ur centre, try ur luck tomorrow o. With serious begging, they can allow u to write, in fact they should. All those telling you U'll be marked absent already are saying thrash. Not everyone slated for Saturday was able to write yesterday cos of logistics, take for instance, someone here said his paper was slated for 9.30am, but he was only able to write later in the evening, meaning those scheduled for evening might have to write later.
Moreover, last year, people wrote theirs even after missing their scheduled dates

I think the problem isn't with the poly or Uni, but the basics. People who have problems with English probably lacked it at elementary or secondary stage, there is very little that can be done at the tertiary level to correct it
