jamex93:That's the point. Our lifestyle in Nigeria may well be putting us into avoidable health dangers. Please share this article with them to keep them informed too. Thanks for reading Jamex. |
Yustash001:It's advisable you take fruits if eating late at night is inevitable, it gives your body less bulk. You should give at least 2-3 hours after eating for digestion to take place. |
RicKyRichards:You're welcome, thanks for reading. |
In the traditional African setting, our fore fathers considered it a taboo for a woman to enter into her kitchen in the night. They probably knew little about the positive impact that this age- long practice had on their health, However today those values have been exchanged and most people no longer see any health implications in taking dinner at night. Today we shall be discussing at least 3 crucial consequences of having a late evening meal. 1 It stresses your digestive system 2 It disorganizes your automatic nervous system 3 Leads to weight gain and possible obesity Stresses Your digestive system: Your digestive system is supposed to be relaxing at night time, performing lesser activities. However eating late at night is like adding an extra load in the system which could cause break down. This is why some experience heaviness in the morning or too much toilet trips at night. It reason one may wake up on a bright morning and feel like he worked in a farm throughout the night. Disorganizes Your Nervous System: Under normal conditions, what is called the Sympathetic Nervous System(SNS) puts your body in an energy spending active mode during the day. 1miccza:Alright, since you do not want to give me the chance to show you how entirely different this is compared to what you did "some years back"(which I barely have a knowledge of), no wahala. Best wishes. |
1miccza:You haven't. I'm sure you haven't. And I want to prove to you that you haven't. Well, in a rare way. So if you concur, let's strike the deal this way: If after your attendance and survey of the event, you believe you gained nothing for the day and it has been useless effort, I'd personally pay you for sitting per 30minutes. For every 'wasted' 30 minutes you spend,I'd pay you a thousand naira. I'm not saying you need my bucks but it's just to show you in practical terms why I'm convinced you haven't. You don't need to bother about whose trouser to hold 'cause you'd see me there & I'd show up to welcome you. Do we have a Deal? *smiles* ) |
Oh. |
T3amie:It should. What do you do generally? |
T3amie:Well, it's also not out of place to help them directly without announcing. You can organise empowerment programmes like I do and help them see reasons why they should get something doing esp' if they're youngsters. |
Maybe you should attend resident association meeting to hear from the sources what's lacking. |

Hello Fellow mums, How una dey? I just thought I should share this with y'all: How A bulky Uterus Affects Chances of having A baby,: http://www.trendyhealthworld.com/bulky-uterus-and-your-chances-of-having-a-baby/ Just stay informed and use it to help others. Cheers!

A bulky uterus an abnormal condition that is also called adenomyosis, occurs when the endometrial lining grows into the muscle of the uterus. Women who have children and are over 30 have a higher probability to develop this condition. Although the exact cause of bulky uterus is not known, however it may be caused by caesarian section or the growth of endometrial cells in the uterus when the woman was a foetus Adenomyosis is a life threatening disease as it causes damage to the uterus and may lead to a miscarriage or alter the growth of your baby. As adenomyosis spreads into the myometrium of the uterus, monthly bleeding actually damages the individual uterine cells. These muscle cells over time lose their ability to stretch and contract. So when a conception occurs and the foetus begins to the grow, the uterus can only stretch so far before it can no longer hold the pregnancy: an immediate miscarriage or uterine rupture occurs Read symptoms and diagnosis options here: http://trendyhealthworld.com/bulky-uterus-and-your-chances-of-having-a-baby

delishpot:Yes, that's it. Though it's true that people believe so but what they do not know is Stroke concerns the brains & blood circulation. And in later stages may affect the bones depending on the length of time of the attack. That reminds me: @Terry91, has your mum ever taken Ganoderma? That basically one of the most powerful natural brain food I've known. She ought to be on it if she isn't. |
delishpot:From the cases I've witnessed, Stroke most times leads to bone loss or osteoporosis. The extent of bone loss experienced by people with stroke depends on the length of time they are unable to move & the extent of muscle weakness basically. So There's a relationship between stroke and bone(bone loss especially). |
Terry91:So sorry about the situation Terry. Hope she's minding her diet? I have a herbal kit I've tried successfully on my stroke patients, I hope it helps mama too. Stroke essentially has to do with supply of blood to the brain. When supply is insufficient, it causes some electrical discharge in the body that destabilises a person. What symptoms & have you done a scan as someone suggested? |
Blendy77:Wow, that's so so lovely dear. I love twins too. Hope I get a pair like you. Take care. |
Rust2000:@Rust2000 How far with the issue now? |
mumilaw:I actually took the suggestion into consideration. However I was not convinced you would want to disclose certain information which would I would require i.e size, occurrence of heavy flow, a recent scan etc. Moreover, and as part of our ethics-I'm used to personal chats with my fibroid patients in consideration of those who may want to be discreet about their condition. I've treated several fibroid patients with positive results and currently on a case with a lady in London. If anyone wants a dialogue publicly, it's fine by me as long as you're comfortable with it. Regards to all mothers in the house, Vanije. |
ngoziliz:Use a pad with anion. Anion absorbs better than normal ones and protects you from infection. That's what I use. Send me a text to get one for you: 0708443024 |
Udehpaschal1:Hi, sorry about your pain. Hope it's getting better now? If not, There's a herbal toothpaste I used that worked like magic when my pain was killin'. I just mixed it water and gargled it for some time. I still have some here in case you'd like to try it. Send an SMS to 07084430249 to get it. |
