it's a screen touch same thing happened on the screen anytime d keyboard malfunction.
The same key works at d same time.
Escapekey and few others key work and wen I boot into bios they all work.

The screen and d keyboard r in tandem.
Anytime d screen keyboard works d main keyboard do d same.

I meet a technician and he said i should pay him 9k that he will change All the case
But its only the top case that cracked

I have to on and off for like 5times before it will start Displaying then shows Colour lines after every 10 minutes of booting

Please, a guy helped me to transfer my files on my system to another system. Now, I can't access my files: it says "access denied. Need permission to access the file". Please, what can I do? Some softwares are no longer working.

Pls i bought a new empty dvd+r disk and inserted it into the drive so as to burn files to it but the dvd drive displays no disk(tried with two different dvd+r disk still the same

Pls my windows 10 is consuming my data to much. I've tried to stop background updates and defer future updates but it hasn't solved my problems. I use averagely 1gb in less than 30mins and I wonder what could be the cause. Few weeks ago, I saw a watermark on my screen telling me to activate windows of which my windows was activated. I tried reactivating it with the product key but I keep on seeing 'can't activate windows' Now I'm planning to downgrade to windows 7 but my windows 10 was preinstalled. Pls what should I do?
