We are in Nigeria.
I had to call them out before they switched on band3 4G in my location, because other nearby locations had 4G. Also it was until I called them out on Twitter that they provisioned my sim for 4G within 30mins.

Ever since then, I've been enjoying GLO 4G. Very few people are on 4G in my Location because they are not aware of the procedure.

Glo line don't come provisioned. You have to visit Glo outlet or call their special line... 400 to provision it. Sometimes it takes them doing it twice for it to be activated.
Also take note, if you device doesn't have band 28 or you are in an area where band 3 hasn't been rolled out, 4G won't show.

except you're working for Glo, you don't know what you're saying. I've been to Glo offficd three good times to complain, and each and every time, they changed my Glo sim for me. It's stil not working. Call 400 kor, call buhari ni. The one that's showing 4G on my wife's phone, na atiku I call instead of the 400

Glo is a scam, me and my wife uses the same RN7, she got 4G on her phone since October, up till today my own 4G Glo sim is still showing 3G, I even exchanged Sims; na same thing

Banks can't on their own reverse or withdraw money paid into other people's account erroneously without a 'legal permission, in this case a valid court order' as this will open the door for fraudulent activities.
So you need a court order to get your money back...
It's a simple court order from the Magistrate court. You will get the order within 2 to 4 weeks [Nigerian factor added]
