It's real...Relationship manager is like been an intermediate betwn a customer and the brand......
You see to the affairs and issues of the clients...make sure to solve or table their complaint ..depends on what you are "selling".

I once went there for a call centre position..we did i cbt test, and afterwards an interview...based on the position..
So read up on RElationship management,customer relationship managment..success.

Please has anyone dealt with this organization before? I have an interview with them on Saturday. I've actually googled them and they exist but my challenge is that I can't remember applying to them even after checking my mails I couldn't find any evidence that I applied to them.

Below is the message they sent to me and another message showing that the venue is a hotel.

it's legit..probably someone applied for you long time...last time i went there was for a call centre role...we did a cbt test and then an interview upstairs..
