OVA200:awesome! UI Post Office? When did they call you? How much did you pay? |
Phones / Re: Problem With Tracking My Online Order by vernalsage(m): 2:29pm On Mar 27, 2017 |
OVA200: Don't worry, you'll be called by someone from UI Post office when it gets to their office. My phone came on the same day as yours. I just got back now from UI post office and it's not there yet. It normally gets to Ibadan from Lagos the following day but there seems to be a delay this time. Either way, fingers crossed. We should have our phones latest tomorrow. Don't give anybody your tracking number, track here instead http://www.nipost.gov.ng/TrackAndConfirm.aspx 1 Like |

I ordered for a ZTE Axon 7 two weeks ago and had to use 4 different GTB cards in the process to fund my Alipocket. Four cards belonging to four different people. I only stumbled on this thread after successfully paying, if not I would have been convinced I'd have to appeal at least one of the cards. As luck would have it however, I had no problems funding the pocket or making the payment and didn't realize there was anything like appeal to I started going through this thread. I should take delivery of my phone by tomorrow. |

GrandMufti: In the post office I use, I either get an SMS or a phone call depending on the type of package I'm expecting/collecting. The SMS postman is different from the woman that calls. I have both their personal numbers. I suppose NIPOST issues them SIM cards and recharges the lines accordingly. Regarding charges, I've only paid 100 or 200 but mostly for small packages. It seems they're charged by weight and it seems official because they always insist I collect receipt. |
Phones / Re: The Xiaomi Thread. by vernalsage(m): 8:53am On Mar 23, 2017 |
GrandMufti: No, they aren't using their personal mobile to call you. Yes, I asked. They only call for particular items, not all. Also, some of the items are actually meant to be delivered to our doorsteps by the postman (at least that's what happens in other countries) so we're actually doing them a favour by going to collect it at their office. 2 Likes |
