Done shopping for Goats.

On my way to Katsina right now. My bus delayed we had tires changed a couple of times and had to fix them up. Seems we will be arriving in the wee hours of tomorrow morning and Sunday is actually the market day so I hope to be there just in time to purchase my Goats. 😂

I will be traveling again to Katsina tomorrow just in time for the yelutide season livestock shopping.

I will be able to shop for Goats especially at the major market in Katsina for Goats to be brought down to Lagos just in time for the new year celebrations.

I will also be able to get them at almost half the Lagos price over there in Katsina.

Hence the reason I stopped.
To be honest there are some times just 500mb would go a long way to support your hustle at those lean period.

Sometime last year I was broke and had to get t just a hundred bucks from my friend just to do WhatsApp data and midnight sub. Immediately I came online I had gotten a missed call from the UK and I ended up doing jobs of close to a million from that call and some other customers.

That was what just 100Naira worth of data could do to change your story if you actually know what you’re doing.

I've been trying to figure out how i can use my house 6 bedroom duplex i just bought in mainland of Lagos i just bought for short let business, but i realised that people are using apartments/flats. And i don't want to convert my house. I am yet to see Duplex being used for short let, how will customers cope in it ? Is it really possible? Duplex for short let? Please educate me. Thanks

Duplex can be used for Shortlet when furnished properly and the location is good.

You can rent out the rooms individually and or put up the entire building. For instance people rent entire building as party house and vacation stay for the entire family.
The goal is to maximize rental income as soon as you decide to make money with it.

This is my new favorite spot though a bit pricey but imma start frequenting there for now.

You sound like my cousin -he called me up and asked where we should go for lunch one day, while my mind was dwelling on the fish served in farmcity (plus the distractions) my cousin mentioned eric kaiser. Now the name sounded a bit exotic to me and here I am thinking I was headed to a fine steak house but sadly it turned out be an overpriced cafe.

That in a nutshell describes my opinion of restaurants in lagos,abuja or ph -they are there for the 'nouveau riche' (not being insulting), and those instagram content chasers.

Honestly most of these restaurants may sound expensive but you don’t have to spend a Tonne of money to have a great time there.
Sometimes I go with a budget of as low as 5k for just me and if we’re two I could spend up to 20k.
The point is, you don’t have to spend an arm and a leg to have a great time at these spots.

Reverse is the case for me. I’m not interested in the hookup girls. All I’m after is to spend some money and have a great time.

You will have to make requests for any specific arts you’re interested in. Not just paintings but also sculpture and sometimes artifacts.

There’s is even a collectibles shop where you can get items from jewelry to costumes and decorative items.
