I'm going off the dodge sprinter which is it's American counterpart. It's about 8-10 hours (N40-50k) to remove and replace the transmission. The sprinter uses 8.15quarts (N46,384) of ATF, plus whatever you can buy the transmission for.

To quote a transmission repair we HAVE to tear it down and see what's wrong first. For that year though, it's probably cheaper to replace.
