netpro:Lol... ![]() Take these your games to kids over there at Enugu. It will scare them better. |
netpro:I won't play this game with you. I see it's no longer about your opinion or mine anymore. It's all about personal attacks. I'll leave you to do as you please on your thread. |
contigiency:That was not an insult. It was a statement of fact. The DSS has been operating that way for a while since this government came in, or do you want to feign ignorance here? |
netpro:Did you have to go with insults? This is not funny anymore. You have a vested interest in this government and that's why you're going gung-ho with so much confidence. I will not respond insults for insults. I'm above that. Meanwhile, I'll be expecting you and your agents on the street. You can even kick off by doing your usual kidnapping schemes with DSS before tomorrow morning. I'll be waiting. I'm not an anonymous fellow. I think my number is on my signature if you need that to track me down. ![]() |
netpro:The confidence and use of the first-person word smacks of a statement emanating from the powers that be. I will speak no further. The people will speak on the streets. |
Make una pity for me O! See as una just dey mention my handle upandan. Chai! Abeg O! Meanwhile OP, the ballot box has failed. The government of the day chooses the law to enforce or ignore. We are having insecurity issues all over the place. With the beautiful landscape we've got in Nigeria, tourism has died a natural death because of this. This one hurts me the most because I love to travel a lot. Now, I can't even visit my friend who lives in Taraba as I don't even know what I'll meet on the highways or even over there with the clashes going on there at the moment. How about the disrespect to the slain soldiers and their families as well as a military playing politics with the government of the day? As we speak, we do not even know the current situation with insurgency in the north. We only have press statements conflicting with reports of journalists. You be the judge on whose report is anything close to the truth. The economy? Do I need to say more? We are not as populous as India but all indices have shown we are regressing very fast into poverty. Nations like Algeria and Sudan have witnessed revolution by their citizens with a consequent change in government. The people are proud of what they did as they took their destinies in their own hands. Why should ours be different? We seem to forget that laws and government are made for the people by the people. In our case here, is this really true at the moment? It's about time the people took the power back and direct it into effective use for their own benefit. If a revolution will allow us have the power again, I'm all for it. In fact, it should not be limited to the Central government alone but every other arm or strata of government that has been seen to evidently sabotage the people for its or their selfish interest. If you asked me, I'll also suggest we get to even oust the men in the house of assembly as well. They have all proven to be toothless representatives of the people. My 2 Kobo. |
