Unfortunately, I learnt this the hard way.

It's a pay and pack in deal. You just come in with your personal stuffs. No need for furniture and all.

The room is a furnished room (ensuite) in a 3-bedroom flat with access to a decked rooftop (Yes! You will enjoy access to a large rooftop where you can relax at any time of the day).

The room is floored with cool maroon red rug and furnished already with ample wardrobe space for your belongings.
The interested party would just need to pack in with his clothes and sheets for the bed as the room will have its bed, mattress and pillows. I don't want to provide sheets, duvets or pillowcases for the mattress so you can get the sheets you prefer. The bed is a king size bed in frame.

There is also a working AC installed already while a flat screen TV will be installed as well.

I use dstv on an Explora decoder and can get that connected as well so we can share it. However, there will be no obligations for both parties on subscription bills as I don't want that to cause any squabble.

Also, a 6.8kva Generator serves as alternative power but there will also be no obligation for both parties to fuel it.


Tenant will have access to the kitchen as well as kitchen equipment such as gas cookers and refrigerator (gas cylinder fills can be discussed as well)
Tenant will also have access to the decked rooftop as well for relaxation whenever required.

Rent is 350k for one year, which also includes your utility bills for the said duration being for power and sanitation. That is, you won't be handling any utility bill for the said duration.

Female corporate tenants are preferable as I stay with my partner but males are also allowed to apply as well.

Other things can be discussed later.
