Hmm.. let me think like a VO here. Your wife is a citizen and you are now just applying for visit visa? You have not seen your child that was born in Canada and yet your wife is a citizen? When did she get to Canada that she became a citizen? How did she get citizenship and you were not included in her application even when she applied for permanent residency. This your story no clear and I think I see why the officer refused it. Maybe your wife got her PR through asylum and she claimed a domestic violence story. Now that same person wants to come to Canada, of course they would reject it na.

where are you based? The application was probably refused because no concrete arrangement for accommodation was made. Unpaid bookings? And was there any landed documents to show home ties?

The parents would stay with the couple. The siblings won't be on the application this time. Also, the Parents already provided 79M POF is POF in CAD still necessary. Initial application included the brides PR card and grooms PGWP

Concerning your last statement, the wedding is genuine and the groom is working on his PR himself while dismissing suggestions from the bride to sponsor him, so it's not about that at all. It's even the fake weddings that rush without involving parents to speed up the process, they have been dating for about 2 years now.

2)yes they tend to believe proof of funds in CAD more, so the groom should show that as they are his parents and would be under his care. It doesn’t have to be much , 10k is more than enough for both of them.

For your family’s visa, follow the same advice I gave, you should get it approved.

He can try to add
1) accommodation arrangements for the parents
2) proof of funds in CAD for the parents from son
3) letter from bride with PR card to solidify the application

Lastly, I hope the marriage is genuine and this family is not just using the innocent lady to get permanent stay in Canada.

Suddenly Carney is the best thing after slice bread. Somebody that was barely a known name in Canadian politics 6 months ago.

I’ve spent the last few months following political convos in the U.S. and canada. You see the US, let’s not talk about that one. At least Trump has a known legacy.

But you see Canadian politics? Annoying. Very very annoying. And Canadians are so accepting of everything they should speak up against. Especially in the moment. Suddenly everyone has forgotten all the Trudeau problems, yet it’s the same liberal party. Or tell me how are party ideologies different because it’s a new face?

If something has not worked for 3 terms with the same party. Then at least give room for change. But again, none of the other parties even have a strong manifesto. Pp is busy running antagonistic Ads. Singh is a sneaky one and he’ll never be appealing to most Canadians. Except maybe when Bollywood takes up 1/4 of the Canadian population.

But Carney isn’t a saint. These changes and show ups he’s doing his all just to win the election. Go and read about him. The one things we’ll definitely be paying more for is tax and funding global ideologies & projects that will not benefit the average tax-paying Canadian resident.

you should have listened to the debate he had with his opponents to have an idea on his plans for Canada. The guy isn’t even a politician. Right now he is the best candidate for Canada. I honestly don’t think PP would do well in international trade and relationships compared to him. He would also probably do what trump is doing, cut jobs and reduce government spending. I prefer MC solution. Go watch the debate to hear them.

This particular quoted article clearly shows it is a term insurance that was renewed at an older age.
Most term policies ate for between 10-20 years and offer the options of renewal or convertibility.
Term policies are cheaper in the beginning, do not offer renewal options after age 65-70, and upon expiration of one term offers a higher premium.
For example, at age 30 you purchase a term 20 policy that costs $75, after 20 years your premium increases astronomically to as high as $300-$500 because you would be at age 50.
At this stage, most policyholders opt out and end up getting nothing but with permanent life insurance policies -whole life and universal policies- there is an option of your premium (even though initially higher than the term policy) having an investment component which builds a cash value from which money can be drawn either as a policy loan or a collateral loan and you definitely do not need to pay back this loan during your lifetime. Also, the interest from the loan can be deducted from your income tax when filed with the CRA.
There's a whole lot more benefit that I can not delve into because of the constraints of typing but my biggest advice to everyone is be very wary of those pushing term life insurance.
The insurance companies prefer to sell these term policies because there is a higher chance of them not paying out any benefits than permanent life insurance policies.

Tacos had every right to grab Mercy's hair. If in doubt, get into a heated argument with anybody and flip your hair in their faces, if you don't eat asphalt that day, then, the person must have a disability that prevents them from moving.
