The word "trading" technically implies short term buying and selling.
"Investing" means buying and holding for long term capital appreciation.
Your statement in bold font implies you are trading short term with your entire resources.
Please clarify.

I will not advise you to jump into Inovio at this time.
I rather advise that you first sit down and map out a strategy.
Are you investing or trading or both?
Long term or short term or both?
What percentage of your portfolio would you want to trade with if you choose to do both?

That will determine the kind of stocks for you.
You will need to read up a lot on US stocks too as you will need a strong knowledge of this market as you go along.

I loaded my Chaka app yesterday with naira and clicked on exchange to convert it to $ still waiting. Does it take long to Convert or is there a faster way to load my $ account.
Also kindly advice on the Inovio and any other stock I can buy as soon as my N to $ exchange is successful.

If you are long-term investor no problem, I would have advice you to pick small, and pick later at its lower price. Fidelity will likely see #1.4 /#1.5 within this period.

It depends on your investment objective; short or long term. If your focus is short term, then you need to set your stop loss price and exit when it gets to that point. However, if long term, you don't have to bother rather accumulate more as it falls because you will be enjoying good dividend income on annual basis and capital appreciation.

It's a good buy but you can get at better (cheaper) bargain cos of the general situation of the market for now.
Alternatively:
You can be picking it small small, so that you'll be buying in tranches if it's going lower. You may be dropping your bids at support (lower prices).
No one can time Mr. Market but the skepticism remains that the Q2 results might not be that fantastic, hence the cautious trading.
This is just my opinion, I may be wrong.
