war is not just how big you are or how formidable your military is, it involve how much can you produce to replace lost weapons and used weapons, as big as Russia and the USA, both Nations couldn't cope with the scale of artillery pieces being use in the war, hence Russia has to look to NK and the USA had to look to SK.

imagine a SK supporting Ukraine with artillery pieces with any third party. I didn't say it would win the war, shells alone can't win you wars but it would changed the cause of the war significantly.
