⚡️ UK hands over two Royal Navy minesweepers to Ukraine The minesweepers have already arrived in Portsmouth, where their crews are undergoing training to prepare them for operations in the Black Sea. The Sandown-class warships, HMS Grimsby and HMS Shoreham, have been decommissioned from the Royal Navy and handed over to the Ukrainian military. They will now operate under the names Chernihiv and Cherkassy.
