"let's kill english" thread is not sticked thats why if u come back tomorrow u wont see it on the front page in jokes' section. But no matter how many days u spend off NL, when u come back u will surely see it as the no 1 thread in the jokes' section. If u don't get it now u hve to come to ma house for further explanation.

No no not only dat. It is fixed on that page. U know that when other threads are updated it moves up there by overlapping and replacing the untouched thread(no new comment).
And it can also be unsticked(the sticking is done wif codes).

For example thread A and thread B were created at this same time. If A was sticked it will remain ontop no matter what but if not when B is updated(commented on) it moves up and becomes 1st. Got it?
