5. UPON POSITIVE Q AND Q, BUYER’S BANK RELEASE PAYMENT FOR THE ENTIRE COST OF THE CARGO AND INTERMEDIARIES.
6. ALL NECESSARY DOCUMENTS FOR PRODUCT CLEARANCE ARE GIVEN TO THE BUYER AND THE VESSEL MOVE MONROVIA FINAL DESTINATION PORT FOR DELIVERY.

3. AT TTO / TTT POINT, THE CAPTAIN OF THE LOADED VESSEL WILL DEMAND FROM BUYER DETAILS OF THE Q&Q INSPECTORS FOR HIM TO ISSUE ATB. BUYER GIVE DETAILS OF THE INSPECTION TEAM TO THE CAPTAIN OF THE LOADED VESSEL TO GIVE ATB.

4. THE CAPTAIN OF THE LOADED VESSEL GIVES ATB TO THE BUYER'S INSPECTORS, AND SELLER AT HIS OWN EXPENSE TAKES THEM ON BOARD HIS LOADED VESSEL FOR Q&Q INSPECTION.

5. BUYER'S BANK GIVES BG/LC FOR THE CARGO (INCLUDING COMMISSIONS) BASED ON Q&Q REPORT.

7. SELLER INTRODUCES BUYER TO THE SHIPPING COMPANY TO RE-CHARTER THE VESSEL. (IF TTO DELIVERY).

8. BUYER PAYS FOR THE CARGO AND COMMISSIONS AFTER RECEIVING ALL ORIGINAL DOCUMENTS OF THE CARGO


NB:

IF THE SELLER NEEDS A PAYMENT INSTRUMENT GUARANTY BEFORE LOADING OF THE VESSEL, THEN SELLER'S BANK MUST FIRST GIVE INOPERATIVE 2% PB, WHICH WILL BE ACTIVATED BY BUYER'S BG/LC.

4). Within 24 hours upon product confirmation and Q & Q, Buyer's bank issues Bank Guaranty (BG) to Seller's bank in favour of Seller covering price of total product quantity to be transshipped and including broker commissions.

5). Buyer's vessel longsides with Seller's vessel and transshipment commences. Buyer's bank release full payment to Seller's bank via swift transfer into seller's account, and all broker commissions paid as transshipment is completed
